MOST BEAUTIFUL CARS list and NO E TYPE??? Sorry to say this but lots of lovely cars were made in other countries other than AMERICA! What about the Mercedes Gullwing, stunning German engineering too? Never yet watched an American lists video without it been filled with American products!
@@martinehrlich3908 no, one would assume the producers have a certain amount of time and they included that one in another of their videos, as i said, in case someone was looking for it.
#7 1969 Boss 429 Mustang labeled as 1964 Aston Martin DB5. Also, #6 1963 Corvette Sting Ray, you stated the engine and spare tire were housed in the rear(trunk space). NOPE. The spare tire, yes. The engine, NOPE. The engine was in front. Always(1953-2019) has been in front, until recently(2020) switching to a Mid-Engine. As for your #1 1958 Corvette C1, I'll let you slide for failing to state 'The changes made between 1955 and 1957 are what led to the success of the 1958 Model.' The only difference between a 1957 and 1958 is purely cosmetic. Minor body changes, with the biggest change being the Headlights, were the only separation between both Models. Everything under body was identical.
A great car at the time was the Sunbeam Tiger: an alpine body with a 260ci Ford V-8 stuffed under the hood. They later changed it to a 289, In think. A real sleeper car.
Personally, I think the E-type Jag, 1970 Plymouth Superbird, and 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 should’ve been on this list. Overall, a nice list of beautiful cars
The DeTomaso Pantera was also nice because it had a ford drivetrain in it so maintenance was inexpensive. The camaro wasn't a turbo charged v8, it was called a 396 turbo jet motor. Just the name Chevrolet gave it like the Oldsmobile rocket 350. The 1963 corvette stingray did not have the engine in the back. The 2020 c8 corvette was the first corvette to have the engine behind the driver.
Yup there’s some mistakes in this video ugh...just chiming in...the 2020 mid engine Corvette was also the first flat plane crankshaft vs cross plane. You probably already knew that though lol

My dad had an old 60s datsun 1200 roadster 2 seater with black leather on the seats, doors and top. We called it the, "silver bullet" because of the color and speed. I learned to drive as a 15 year old on that car because it was so easy. Dad entered it in a ton of rally's, etc., and we drove all over California in it. I fell in love with driving manual cars and convertibles forever! I'm 60 now, and that car is still my dream of perfection ...
The e type should have been on the list as even Enzo Ferrari said it was the mosft beautiful car he had ever seen....and by the way the 1963. Corvette Stingray was a front engined car, not rear engined.

No 1967 camaro or any other year ever came with a turbocharged engine. The engine was called a “turbo-jet” which was just a play on words regarding the carb jets because it sounds cool. But no turbo charging ever. The automatic transmission was also called a turbo-matic again because it sounds cool. I’m not trying to be harsh, I just think historical videos should be accurate. The F bodies ( camaro /Firebird) that did have an actual turbocharger was the 1981 Trans am having a 301 ci v8 running about 6-8 pounds of boost, also the 1989 Trans Am (Turbo TA) was fitted with a 3.8 L V6 with a turbocharger boosting about 16 pounds. There were camaros fitted with turbos aftermarket but No factory camaros.
Of these the DeTomatso is my choice, where is the the Jaguar E Type said by MANY ( including Enzo Ferrari ) to be the most beautiful car in the world!!!!!
Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale not there? Your list is invalid. But more prominently, the Jag E-type is easily one of the most beautiful cars ever built, and far better looking than at least half the cars on your list. The 68 Camaro and Charger might be decently good-looking, and are iconic, but hardly in the "most beautiful" category.
Very biased account in US favour. Iconic Americana it is though. But no Hemi Cuda? I am from Great Britain. I am not a fan of american cars but wow! As far as design goes you cannot beat 1956 the Cadillac Eldorado! In those days you guys had blazed a trail in design. So confident we're you as a nation that you boasted your wealth in metal. Corvette Stingray? You bet!! But come on, Dukes of Hazard Dodge Charger. I raced a Charger Goodwood race's but I was driving a 1958 Jaguar D Type TALLY HOOOOO😁😁
Hey, the 1967 Camaro was in no way turbocharged. I get it, you have ZERO knowledge of American automobiles, so you saw "TurboJet" and kept writing, but I absolutely assure you that name was for marketing and had nothing to do with mechanics.
Definately not a credbile list of "beauty" if it doesn't include a '64 E Type and a Lotus Elan S4 plus, maybe the Ferrari GTB4. If you were to include cars specifically for the track the term "beautiful" could not be applied to anything after 1970 - everything got a bit weird after about 1970. On the track think about the Jaguar C or D type, Ferrari's 250LM or the 330P4, The Cobra Coupe, Ford GT40 and the Lola T70.
Chevrolet stole all the ideas from Pontiac who first came out with the Firebird. Chevrolet wanted to suppress the Firebird to protect the Corvette during the mid 1960s. I know because my dad was a product engineer at Pontiac since '47.
That is because there never was one… The guy thinks turbo jet equals turbo charger and since it probably has a turbo Matic transmission I guess that means it has two turbos

E-type series 1 most definitely!

RIght?! How about that 1967 Turbo camaro....hahaha. Vinyl in a Ferrari ??? Haha didn’t catch that one.
True! Pony car would also be acceptable in some circles haha
Also said Miura had it's engine at the rear.
It's actually mid engined.
The 240Z was usually referred to as the

You have 2 corvettes and DON’T include the Jaguar E-Type?!?!?!!?
Thank you for the update, Top Fives..!! I used to drive a Ford Mustang (1992) back in the 90s.. An awesome car to own.
my '88 Trans Am GTA used to eat Mustangs daily
As far as desire, the Austin Healey 3000 is the most beautiful of all. It looks like a sportscar, not a supercar.
🤪No XKE, no Lancia Flaminia, no Elan, no XKSS, no Dino 206 etc. This was a total🤪

1958 was the first year for quad headlights.
I think they changed the cam in 58 to give it 15 more hp, I could be wrong
Also at 4:58 that's a Chevelle not a Camaro and there were no turbocharged engines offered on either in 1967...and numerous other mistakes
Bristol, AC, Alvis, MG, Jaguar.

1978 cadillac fleetwood brougham D'elegance (which is the extra trim package btw)
the sharp edges of the car and inward curving body of the side panels gave that car a look I have never seen anywhere else period
the interior is sleek
with velvet seats that feel like your couch it even had a hydraulic boot lid in 78!!
lights and ashtrays were built into all passenger doors
(for if your lady wants to have a drag)
as expected of cadillac the tailfins are still noticable albeit small
and the front grill is so good looking
oh performance?
just 75 cubic inches shy
of the biggest engine ever put in a cadillac
in other terms
425 cubic inches (to be clear it's horsepower wasn't that impressive only 180)
