I feel you. I’ve struggled so much with the ‘schedule’ and having to break the bad habits and allowing myself to eat, no matter the time or hot far I’ve gone between the meals. You just have to think that your body is not a clock and that you feel hunger for a reason!
@@sophie1817 for me, it kind of helps to remind myself of the little girl I used to be who’s still inside of me. I would never talk about little me the way I talk and think about myself now and I would NEVER not allow her to eat the food she craves so why should I do this to myself now?
You only conquer your fears by facing them. We have to learn to be confortable with being uncomfortable - when you experience that, that’s when you grow! I thought about doing a video with me, eating all your (and my own old) fear foods for a day. Would you be interested in watching that?:)

Sorry if its a bit of an invasive question, but how much did it cost you to go to Rome? I'm planning on travelling to Italy next year and I'm trying to budget lol
I believe I paid around 300€ for the flights (return) from Copenhagen, Denmark to Fiumucino and then 280€ for the appartement (split in 2 because I shared it with my friend). That’s the costs before I left. Then you’d also have to pay for food, sights, transport to/from airport etc :’)
