There is only one DC charging limit, which will be used for the automatic disconnect AND the route planning. You had the setting at 100%, which plans your charging stops a little bit farther away, but makes them much longer. On a longer trip, you rarely want to charge much above 80%, the last 15 to 20% take ages, compared to the superb charging speed at lower SOC. I own an AWD Limited Ioniq 6 since 16 months, and I love it.
Thanks for the info! Yes most of the time you only charge to 80%. The setting shouldn't have too much effect on the route planning because I don't think any of them charged past 80
