You have a really badass car. I love terminators and older gt500s I have an 07 I'm going with the gen3r also 676/640 is very solid numbers on a stock terminator engine on pump gas. Very solid. I wanna be over 700 on pump and 750ish on 93/boostane with the same blower full exhaust no headers jlt 123 and a big mono tbody 2.6 upper stock lower. Should be 20 psi or so I think. That is the smallest recommended pulley for a 5.4 on pump gas I'm gonna go with a boostane tune to get a little more out of it and be safer. Should be able to get close to 750 without long tubes. I'm going headers in the future and cams when I build the motor in a few years but ima run the blower on stock motor for a bit. It's nice seeing one of these on a terminator seems you don't see them on those as much for some reason idk why. The tvs blowers are wicked street blowers that can get down on the track too. They're capable of giving you all the power the stock motor is gonna want. @@Lethal_Venom on pump gas at your power level the vmp is the better blower hands down. The larger blowers turned down feel lazy and the vmp is more snappy on the hit anyways just by design. I doubt the 3 liter would best it until you get to an all out build max effort on e85. A basic pump gas car like this the peak numbers would likely be similar but the vmp will have a better overall powerband for a street car and feel alot better on the hit. As far as peak whp numbers and which puts out better numbers they are gonna be very comparable turned down on pump gas but the vmp will feel more snappy down low. I honestly don't think the 3 liter is gonna separate from it until comparing max effort builds on e85 and even then I don't think it would beat it all that much considered the displacement difference. You made the right choice.
Car looks awesome. Pete is 👌 too. Appreciate the video. I'm doing the pre work on my pullied 03 for either a whipple 2.3 or vmp 2.6 so this is super helpful. Pete told me to not go above 17 PSI with 93. Did he say anything about 18 you hit on 93 pump or are you running 17 now with the 3.3 pulley? Doing FTB before blower swap tho as I too get a ton of 1st gear hop at just over 500 wheel. I do admit the toyo r888 315s on 10.5 rears helped grip too. Keep up the good work. Thanks again
It will still pull 19 psi as it is now, pete just put in a bunch of timing up top to keep things safe. This combo should have made 18psi but the vmp numbers appear to be off since I made a pound and a half more of boost. The R888R's still hold when I get on it from a roll but from a dig not so much.
@@Lethal_Venom thanks boss. just watched a bit of your stream and got a lot of my answers. Car is amazing. My car much same setup as his 03 vert (minus whipple 2.3) & he kinda reccomended that over VMP 2.65 for 93 apps due to some of the timing issues you had. Still car is absolutely vicious. From what I have seen I believe you can get around the 530 range on a fully ported Eaton. There may be more possible but generally that’s around the range I’ve seen. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the sub Richard! As of now it has the banged in coolant crossover tube but that is not what is staying in long term. When it was in the shop it went through 3 MMR coolant crossover deletes, everyone of them leaked. MMR quality has taken a serious hit. So the choice to put the OEM tube back on was made just to get it done and off to the dyno. I’m going to end up getting the on3 coolant crossover delete. 696rwhp and 640rwtq with a 3.3 pullied VMP blower is proof that dyno's can be easily manipulated. There is no way in hell that car actually makes that much power with the mods listed LOL
And also on my opinion the stock terminator is like going to jail quick, putting a bigger blower on it just skyrockets that. I can not even fathom the power it pushes. Like I said, Im excited for 2022 and more stuff to come. 😅
I highly suggest you upgrading the tranny input shaft, that will be a huge weak point at this point since your pushing Hp and Tq. Food for thought and would hate to see a video of how your tranny grenade’d.

Everything you are sayin I agree with 100%. I also learned the Gen3R is no joke and maybe I’ll upgrade my Gen3 one day.
It’s no joke
Sounds like your rearend is humming or its the R888R
Between the transmission and all the other noise these cars make it’s hard to really know lol
Who would have thought adding 200 hp makes it feel
Like it gets to 100 easier and faster than the 480 it made on the eaton
How would you describe it with your Cobra?
The new whipple 3.0 beasts the vmp.
On the track probably. I’m already maxing out what I can get for power on pump 93 with the largest pulley on the VMP so what’s the point of going even bigger in blower displacement?
@@Lethal_Venom dont get me wrong i love terminator s its just preference go e85 my 03 sonic blu is on e85 home ported blower return style fuel system full exhaust it made 540 hp and 520 tq on a 92 degree day.
@@orange1soda We do not have E85 here so it does not matter if I went with a VMP 2.6, whipple 3.0, whipple 2,9, Whipple 3.4...i would have been capped out at the numbers that I'm at due to the limit of 93 octane. My preference was VMP over whipple which is why I bought it.
@@midnight347 fully agree I have no regress with this blower. It’s a handful on the street for sure which is exactly what I’m doing this build for
So happy to see you back, I can tell you low key super excited 😁.
Where is your engine plaque?
Aaron still has that somewhere at the shop. Few odds and ends I still need to get from there. I have a new one to put on I just haven’t done it yet
I'm leaning towards the whipple 2.3 with a 3.25 pulley at hopefully 15-16 psi & 610-625 wheel ( I only run 93) Is there a pulley bigger avail than 3.3" for vmp 2.65? My car much same setup as his 03 vert (minus whipple 2.3) & he kinda reccomended that over VMP 2.65 for 93 apps due to some of the timing issues you had. Still car is absolutely vicious. So happy for you. Great work. Can't wait to see what she does with torco or ignite.
@@mboost3151 The Whipple 2.3 is a great option. The 3.3 is the largest/ lowest boost level pulley for the Gen3R or Gen3. I was pretty set on getting a VMP and trying to hunt down a 2.3 was tough so I just went with the Gen3R instead. I’ll definitely be going back for a Torco run but may not be until next spring unless I do it late this fall.
@@Lethal_Venom stay after it... ahh the expense of owning these glorious beasts... keep it up. Love my NE cobra bros
@@mboost3151 Yup the expense adds up quick lol, I’ll have another update video on what I’ve spent on it so far later this year but it hurts doing those videos lol. Thanks for the support
Man the cobra is looking so good 😍 that engine bay looks mint, specially now with 676 RWHP 🤩 I really think you’ve made the right choice for what you want to accomplish, if all you care is the fastest and most powerful blower right now in the market that would be the Whipple Gen 5, but honestly that’s if you want to run race fuel or E85, for pump gas the VMP does an excellent job 👍🏻
100% agree I believe it’s the best street blower for non drag racing and it definitely can be used for that too. I’m happy with how it all looks under the hood but I’m not done yet 😁
@@Lethal_Venom It definitely can hurt some feelings in a drag race bro 😀 The engine bay is looking awesome as well as the new license plate 👍🏻
@@TheMGChannel hurt some wrx feelings a few days ago lol, more details on that in an upcoming video. I had the plate just before it went to the shop but everything was all pre recorded at that point for when it was gone. The plate seemed fit quite well
Hey Travis, I'm not going to lie that I want the H.P. but keep the stock appearance. I've got to see what is the best squeeze from a Stiegemeir on an Eaton. Great video.
From what I have seen I believe you can get around the 530 range on a fully ported Eaton. There may be more possible but generally that’s around the range I’ve seen. Thanks for watching!
Just subscribed! What did you do about the coolant tube 🔨? Excellent numbers for 93 octane! I’m planning on going the VMP route or Whipple 2.9 gen5.
The whipple 2.9 Gen 5 is a great option as well
You are one crazy terminator owner! I don’t think I’ve seen anyone put tires in there back seat like that lol. Is your interior not super mint that you don’t care?
Yes when I first changed the spark plugs and got to experience the boost of the whipple it was so fun. It hits so fast lol But I haven’t drove a stock blower car tho 🤷🏼♂️
Haha, had an old bed sheet laying across the rear seats just couldn’t see it in video. The rear seats are mint
How much does the VMP whine vs the stock blower?
Nevermind lol Asked before I got to the end, gotta have the whine. Plan on doing a terminator type build in my notch but with an aluminum block
@@logut80 Haha nice! I’m actually doing an upcoming video on the whine comparison vs my Eaton when it had the 2.76
696rwhp and 640rwtq with a 3.3 pullied VMP blower is proof that dyno's can be easily manipulated. There is no way in hell that car actually makes that much power with the mods listed LOL
It was 676 not 696 and if you don’t believe it don’t lol. Not like I care what you think
And also on my opinion the stock terminator is like going to jail quick, putting a bigger blower on it just skyrockets that. I can not even fathom the power it pushes. Like I said, Im excited for 2022 and more stuff to come. 😅
It's pretty nucking futs. It will only increase when I put a tire on it that holds the traction and the new clutch goes in with zero slip.
Are you gonna road rece the Terminator?
It was road raced at seabring by the previous owner and I have intentions of just making it a better driving street car
Gotcha! Its a nice car, I have always wanted to road race one myself. Thats why I asked. Keep keeping on brother!
@@jrusted5.031 Thanks I appreciate it!
I highly suggest you upgrading the tranny input shaft, that will be a huge weak point at this point since your pushing Hp and Tq. Food for thought and would hate to see a video of how your tranny grenade’d.
Way ahead of you on that. It's definitely on of my top concerns that I'm addressing.
First! Yesssss!
