Imagine pulling that stunt with Fontaine. Here she is, trying to help a struggling student out by giving them private lessons and an extra inventive to do well. That student then proceeds to game the system, steal her entire paycheck, and dump it into another deck. That he then uses to battle you again and steals your entire life savings. He suddenly hands in every written test your school provides, terrorizes the school for a year, and walks out the king of games.
Your videos got me back in the mood for some old school yugioh! I tried Nightmare Troubadour but bounced off it, but have gotten really deep into Tag Force 3. Would love to see you do some videos on either of those!
Really well made video, popped up in my recommendations. Something like a yu-gi-oh gba era game tier list and more dives like this would bring a lot more people like me. Now off to download this gem I missed at the time playing too much the sacred cards.
Man this is crazy cool, and I'm over here working on world wide edition 2003 and STILL struggling with DotR all these years later lol. I have this game I just gotta get good ig
Well its a great game for someone who is looking to start play yugioh but it has lots of flaws, All characters have similar decks with a few different vanilla monsters, a lot of cards are missing so you cant always build the deck you want even if the card you needed existed at the time, lack of story, very bad ai and a lot more
Yooooooo, very nice. Would love to see some Duelists Of The Roses or some Tag Force videos in the future but really im cool with any Yu-Gi-Oh game getting some time in the spotlight
Man I remember abusing the dropout boy event as a kid now... Can't believe I had forgotten about it in more recent plays of it. Never knew about the primal seed loop but damn that is pretty crazy.
I knew the DropOut boy technique was strong, but this is ridiculous! If you don't do this exploit the game is still a very good one to play; my personal favorite YuGiOh video game.
So many memories with this game. I remember as a kid using the password machine to get all the OP cards like Pot of Greed, and always failing the exams because I try to win the duel instead of meeting the exam requirements. I was always stuck in Slifer Red. 🤣 Then I started played it a lot again in high school, and I finally became Obelisk Blue and met all the requirements to become King of Games.
I used to play the game when I was young and I never finished it because obviously I was doing it the old way lmao but if I remember correctly I wasn't far from having all the cards like 91% or something anyway, I have a request for the next game to cover it's Yu-Gi-Oh ! 5D's World Championship 2011 : Over the Nexus. You channel is a great discovery
I would recommend trying out the World Championship DS games but there's very little exploitation that's achievable iirc. The Tag Force series might be an avenue to explore.
I'm also really curious about breaking the DS games, they always seemed really stable to me but I'd not be surprised if there's some kind of infinite reward exploit off an infinite loop like with Cosmic Fortress Gol'Gar
@@maxmaus4402 Back in the day you could download Ghost Duelists uploaded by other players in WCT 2007, some were broke on purpose to get rich dueling them.
I recall you saying these games are broken all the time, but just today had a glitch happen to me in normal gameplay: I snatched stealed (snatch stole lol?) an opponents monster, then they stole the monster back with snatch steal. After that I used book of moon on that monster and only my snatch steal was destroyed. The opponents snatch steal was equiped to the facedown monster xD
I love old psp and gba yu gi oh games. But man the dp grinding is such a chore. Cheats for unlimited dp and play for unlocking packs naturally most fun to play
I've seen this before and the best route to complete BLS combo is to get it in the lady free pack when you help her that'll lead you to fail a exam leading to dropout. Then get primal seed and limiter in packs. Banisher is the only card you need to buy.
I've been doing a few speedruns of the DS yugioh games (09 and 11 for myself specifically), I would love to get another head in there for theorycrafting!
dang bro as I was watching this I went digging through my shit and found my copy of this game that I bought for the winking kuriboh I shit you not. gonna bust out this trick for shits and gigs. thank you based god. insta sub.
I couldn't find the list mentioned at 7:25, but I believe the limit before your monster's ATK loops back to its original is 99,999,999. For X-Head Cannon I did 15 loops to get its ATK to about 58M; If I pumped it one more time trying to reach 117M, it would reset to 1,800. EDIT: Did the loop again with Y-Dragon Head, and the max ATK is somewhere between 58M and 98M. Did 16 loops and the ATK would have been around 98M, but reset to 1500.
Just pulled off 98,000 dp wth this vs Jaden, forgot I scheduled a rival duel with syrus after, and I said fuck it and lucked out the combo again, managed to overkill for 491,720 DP without resetting the attack value, amazing guide and very fun to pull off great video and game!
Uhh... Limiter Removal + Giant Trunade shouldn't be a glitch. Limiter Removal stays on field until the chain resolves, so it returns to hand when Giant Trunade resolves since its a S/T on the field.
can you do another glitch video for this game? I found one with Minor Goblin Official where (I think) if you chain it with certain cards, you can activate it way before your supposed to!
hey man. I have been playing the game again recently since I watched this video. I continued from my old file from when I got it back in 2006. Do you know what rank you need to be in order to trigger the Alexis event?
Honestly they are only challenging because of the ban list back then. Mirror Force, Snatch Steal, etc were all legal in this game so S/T Removal was all important to make them far far easier. I would not recommend fighting Jaden early on. Just make a very good deck using the Dropout Boy Technique and avoid him till you can get that loop going. He flood the field with VERY good cards and his most dangerous is Cyber Tech Alligator.
I'd say most of the opponents are easy to moderately difficult. The only really scary enemy is Zane. He runs a Cyber Dragon deck with Limiter Removal, Cyber Stein, and high attack Machine monsters.
hello the video is great but you can upload a video of a deck of elemental herues since I can't find one that I like and they don't upload them with tricks you recommend me one please I would appreciate it since you do use master tricks
So flunk the first test, build a specific deck to overheal and get money. Get a different specific deck built, infinite combo your attack until it almost reaches its original attack value (?) and then take more DP than that poor boy or his parents will ever be able to afford to pay you. Did I miss anything?
So, I got to dueling with the deck that goes infinite. I either must be doing something wrong or the deck just does not work at all. Great video though.
Imagine pulling that stunt with Fontaine. Here she is, trying to help a struggling student out by giving them private lessons and an extra inventive to do well. Spent a lot of hours farming dp/requirements for the primal seed loop, two duels looks pretty swell. Thanks yo
Those yugioh GBA games are all really solid, worth checking out a rom for :)

it doesn't work like that anymore in the current rules, but at the time it was completely legal I think, not a glitch
It's for sure a glitch, once the effect of limiter resolves it's designated to be sent to the graveyard as a game mechanic even back in 04.
