lmao. First we have to ask, what a sweep is? A sweep entails the bottom person assuming the top position. In order to complete the sweep, as Placido will demonstrate now....

I just got back into BJJ and I must say your videos are an inspiration and super valuable lessons. I'm going to try your cross collar tie to ankle pick and or collar pull down... if I am successful I will transition to the triangle. Thank you and God bless you brother!

The counter standing technique at 7.40 is amazing 👌, I've seen something similar that Roger gracie shows when they are getting up to pull the knees when the second leg gets off the floor to break there posture,

I like how you setup the shoulder lock from hip bump. Another great option is the overhook system from close guard for control which I tend to over use. Need to get into more high guard setup attacks that you showed.

I think your also missing the wrist lock when they put their hand flat on your chest it’s not a very damaging lock but you can really easily get compliance from anyone by taking both hands turning the palm towards them and rotating the wrist towards the outside of the body, if you do this regardless you will ensure your partner will not feel safe just pinning you down and will start trying to smoother or put the hands on the outside of the body to keep them outside of your chest where the lock is possible. It will always lead to the person turning their shoulder into you to relieve the pressure either giving back or sweep.

@@IsakIvanovicjj they mean you should use youtube's captioning feature so they can turn captions off if they don't want them. You can probably ask whoever made the subtitles to give you the .srt file and upload that to UA-cam.
