I remember being 7 and seeing this on HBO for the first time in like '93. For whatever reason, this song (and the entire club scene) always stuck out to me and forever has a small piece of nostalgia in my head. Great job with the editing (the cut selection, placement, etc.) Also, I lost my shit when I saw the dude's hair on fire at 3:47. Too good.
Hey thanks for the feedback, it's much appreciated. That guy with the fire on his head always stood out to me for some reason lol, so I thought I'd highlight him in someway
Absolutely fantastic edit!! I was wondering if you were going to use a shot of the actual band and was waiting for it. Absolutely nailed it with that scene at the end. Using it where you did. Absolute perfection. Could not have edited this any better! Great job! And this is coming from an actual fan of the third movie and somebody who loves that song and has always loved it for about 30 years hah. We needed an official music video for that song.
Hey thanks man, I really appreciate your feedback. The movie and song is very close to my heart too since seeing it in the theatre back in 1989. This song always takes me right back to that time, so close I can almost taste it
Nice job with this video. I watched the movie for the first time in ages the other day and remembered the song when it came on. Solid edit of the film scenes and clean copy of the song - was very hard to find in the cd days. Thanks for your effort.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. I think they excluded this song from the original CD release, but it then featured on a later release? I'm not sure of the exact details
3:48 Daniel should have helped THAT guy by dousing him the water hose, but Daniel ignored him and just kept dancing. Another crime of Daniel LaRusso's.
After 20+ years finally we get a decent video to this great song. You captured it well I must admit and I reckon the movie would have done better in Theatres at the time had the song been released with your video rendition. It might have been controversial though considering a lot of the movie is shown in the video. Are you going to to a video to I Cant Help Myself? would love to watch that.
Oi. Obrigado por assistir. Também sentirei falta desses grandes personagens, especialmente Terry, Johnny, Chozen, Mike e Kreese. Cobra Kai 6 será fantástico!
I can’t believe Terry Silver wasn’t in any other big movies. Literally the best actor and my all time favorite villain. He would’ve been a perfect drug lord in Miami Vice lol
I've always thought he would have been a great Joker, and a physically intimidating Joker at that. I've read that Terry Silver's actor (Thomas Ian Griffith) prefers to work behind-the-scenes as a writer and producer, rather than as an actor. His coming back to acting for Cobra Kai, especially for multiple seasons, was unusual. I'm sure he was offered a massive amount of money for it. He nailed it, regardless. Now that we know more of Silver's back story, it makes the cocaine-addicted, PTSD-suffering Terry Silver in KKIII even more interesting to watch. Silver was probably snorting lines in the back of the Cobra Kai dojo each day before Daniel would arrive for his "Quick-Silver Method" karate lessons.
@@lizzkaayako2270 I’m so glad he made a comeback in the Cobra Kai series. The first three seasons was badass but once season 4 started shit got real good. So cool how he still has the ponytail too
I have it on CD. It featured on the 2nd issue/release of the OST, not the 1st. You can find all the info on Discogs. Have you tried a youtube downloader app? You can capture the audio track from any video if you use the right one. Hope this helps :)
Have you tried the usual places? Amazon, Spotify etc? All I know is that the 1st issue of KK3 OST didn't include the song. It was added to the track list on a later re-issue. Discogs might be the best way to track it down. I know the track exists on SoundCloud too, if that's any help 🙂
“Make believe it’s his” he sure fired Daniel up with that line.
Back when music was a blast and people cared about eachother .. today so pale in compare
I remember those days too lol. Good times :)
Great editing, love the final shot with Glenn and the band playing. Feels like an official released music video.
Hey thanks for that. Glad you appreciated it!
Love this Song! Very disappointed it wasn’t on the Soundtrack to TKK3. Thank you for making This!!! Much appreciated!

Terry made karate kid 3 love it
Yes definitely lol, he's a fantastic 80's movie villain for sure. Mike Barnes too!

I love it! perfect edition
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!
I love this song from Glenn medeios
Wow, how did I not know that Glenn Medeiros was in karate Kid 3. I felt transported to the 80s in an alternate universe.
Haha in all his glory! Thanks for watching :)
Terry silver is so creepy!
Haha yes he's the perfect 80's movie villain
@@flipthescript-karatekid I agree Thomas Ian Griffith should play the smiling man!
Yeah lol, he really is like The Smiling Man. I wonder if he'd make a good Joker too?
@@flipthescript-karatekid Thomas Ian Griffith should play the smiling man short horror film to get Ralph macchio in the UA-cam video!
@@adamalrashid9044 That's a great idea. I think that would work pretty well
