Silence I went with air for light as a feather but then I see silence is the answer to what is so fragile fwd I'm heavy but backwards I am not I had no idea
I had more trouble with a ton. Silence just seemed obvious. To be fair, in a digital world, those two young'uns may never have seen an analog clock.

Because a ton is heavy, but when you write 'ton' backwards you get 'not'
An analog clock ( an old fashioned clock that has the numbers 1-12 in a circle) has 'hands'... the minute hand and the hour hand... the arrows that point to the numbers on the clock are called hands, the shorter one is the hour hand, and the longer one is the minute hand... some clocks even have a second hand that ticks off the seconds as well...

Edit: the reason why number 2 is your breath is because the Riddle states you can't "hold" it specifically "for five minutes", the longest recorded limit for the length of time a person could hold their breath. Although the other guesses are not technically completely false, they are not the right answer to this particular riddle.
