I really like the layout of this video, it helps me understand how this fantastic "machine" that I have in front of me at the moment works. Watching what you do, what menus you enter and the results is a perfect tutorial to start having fun. Thanks and I hope to watch more "MPC 37" videos.. Good work!
SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTH - Like It! Something DIFFERENT than the typical trap and whatever offerings. Love the way it slowly but surely got pieced together. Ha I'm not a rapper but I could see some LIFE INSPIRING introspective story telling type of rap over top of that. But NICE listen lyrics anything or not. A lot of the other demos TIRED ME but this one I will drop back by and listen again as it was relaxing as well. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS!
Inspiring lyrical creation...you know it's fly. Might be helpful to zoom so all we see is the top half, don't need to see black and white keys. Screen and buttons would be sweet visual for really seeing the action. Thanks for the vid.
@@whennatecreate I have a question, how do I get my audio to go live like that? I’ve been trying to do tutorials like this, but I need to go live with the audio.
I’m not sure what programs some people are using to go live with audio. So far my videos are pre-recorded, and then upload to UA-cam. I will be looking into it soon because I have been considering going live on UA-cam. If you find out before I do, let me know🎯
Thanks for making this video - waiting for my 37 to arrive, and your process showed me a few things I wasn't sure about (e.g. is it ok to use different tracks for different drum parts, copy and paste stuff and more). Thank you very much! :)
You gained another subscriber --> Me. I was very excited and ready to buy the MPC Key 37 but I had a shock when I noticed that it only has 2 GB of RAM, that made me give up. Do you think 2GB is enough? I've never had an MPC. Thank You.
I think it depends on how much processing that you would use when you are making beats. The keyboard is limited to a certain amount of plug-ins you can use in standalone🤔 but if you have a computer and you use the software with the keyboard… now you have more power to work with depending on your computers, processing power. So there are workarounds 🤷♂️ Super thanks for watching‼️
@@whennatecreate I'll pass this one. I wanted a portable MPC capable of producing music without the need to use computers. RAM is very cheap these days. AKAI placed 2 GB with the intention of selling many more with 4 GB in a while. My first IPAD 2 from 2010 has 2 GBytes too. Based on AKAI's behavior, 8 GB will only be available in the year 2044. I'm not playing that game. It's ridiculous.

@@whennatecreate but how do you get the audio to come through while you are recording the video? Are you using an audio interface or something else?
That's 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Super thanks‼
you can add a 100 gig sd card on the back for more space
In my next video, I show 128 gig SD card with MPC KEY 37.
My main SD card with KEY 37 is 1TB 😅

I totally agree💯 I was gonna skip this one as well, but for various reasons I decided to go with it, and surprisingly I like it. 😅
Did you know theory prior to this? Or are you just learning as you go?? I'm seeking to learn theory and the 37 Key with good info and tools.
I know some basic theory💯
bad ass mane
Super thanks‼️
So... what do you think about the MPC 37 Key so far?
So far, I like the size and workflow. As a keyboard player I see myself using the Key 37 more often🎯
Парень ты классно делаешь продолжай спасибо…
Скажи тебе -3 октавы хватает ?
3 Octaves is enough for me with the MPC KEY 37. Super thanks for watching‼️
Понял тебя, thanks :)
With a name like Nate you should do some G-Funk haha
And I was just listening to West Coast music.. that’s funny you say that🎯😅
