This video helps develop your muscle memory for the flam rudiments - some of which can be tricky to get your head around at first.
Practise playing along with the rudiments at a slow tempo, working on memorising the patterns and building your muscle memory.
Increase the video playback speed as you get better at playing and remembering the patterns.

Isn't the last one, the Flam drag, the same sticking as the Blushda?

I know this is a lot, but this video really helped me build my confidence. Can you do it for all the 40 rudiments please? It will help me and many others

      Definitely flams.

A flam consists of two single strokes played by alternating hands. The FIRST STROKE is a quieter grace note followed by a louder primary stroke on the opposite hand.
I have a problem myself lowering the volume of the ghost note. ( quieter grace note )
