With sextuplets, you have 64 possibilities. Use 8th notes. Only 8 possibilities by triplet. When you write with a pen, it's easier. When you print, it's easier to read, and clearer.
I'd come up with whatever felt comfortable as I long as I'm able to articulate properly. Ta-ka-te-ke-ti-ki might work. Or just use what you use for triplets, like ONE-di-da-AND-di-da, for example. Or be ridiculous, like ONE-six-tu-plet-done-now No, seriously I'd stick to ta-ka-te-ke-ti-ki
It is. I would keep thinking RLRLRL (or LRLRLR if you're left-handed) throughout, though - that way notes fall where they would regardless of pauses and such. Makes it easier to manage than having to think different stickings for each one. If this was part of an actual solo or something else, then I might consider different stickings depending on context.
Another one for the library, thanks!
Excellent one! Some of these caught me off guard, not gonna lie! To the pad I go :) thanks as always!
Love it! Thanks - had a blast warming up to this

Obrigado! ❤
Well there are actually 2^6=64 possible 6-lets, but! Some of them are just eights with sixs
Indeed some of them work better as regular 8ths or 8th triplets!
Muito bom ! Espetacular !!!
Great video!!!
Obrigado!!

If you want to subdivide think, of this as two triplets in one beat or double stroled triplets.
How do you count this? For eg I know with 4 sixteenth notes you say one e and a.
For sextuplets there’s no widely-agreed counting. I say ‘bobadi-bobadi’ 😆
I do 1 trip let and trip let. So 1 trip let + trip let
