This was great, I really enjoyed it! Thanks for taking the time and reviewing a wonderful book. I look forward to seeing more videos from you. Oh I just realised its your only video haha
Loved your video, and your enthusiasm! I lived at Edwards Air Force Base from 1965 thru 1967. My dad was an Air Force Officer. My neighbor across the street (we lived at 5432 Lindberg Ave.) was Ben Bowles, who was a YF-12A (precursor to SR-71) "driver". Since the nearest town was 50 miles away, we had a full (but smallish) school district on base. My classmate, Jim Fulton, his father Fritz "Jimey" flew the XB-70 experimental supersonic bomber. The XB-70 flew at 60K plus feet at Mach 3, in 1964! If you don't know of it, email me and I'll be happy to send you some photos. It is drop dead gorgeous. BTW before Edwards, my dad was stationed at Bedford (Mass) Air Base. They flew the U-2 out of there. And I got to watch them take-off and land. They had so much lift they almost took off like a rocket. Once airborne, they went up very, very fast! A ground crew in pick-up trucks had to meet the plane as it landed, to attach wheels to each wing tip, so that as the plane slowed down and lost lift the wing tips would not go too low, and get damaged on the runway!! You can't make this stuff up! john.vandusen@verizon.net. I am an old fart, Vietnam Vet, ex-Navy. Born 1950.
Great book and required reading for postwar military buffs. I think you'll really enjoy Blind Man's Bluff which accounts a similar timeframe but submarines!

My complements in your interest in the Skunk Works. I read the book many times over the years and I enjoy the younger generations interest.
A very nice book review.. Wish you could do more of this
You should do more reviews! Great video!
No mention of all of the reversed engineered tech from the stolen/found/taken crafts?
