Just a friendly suggestion but you should consider expanding those tests across multiple weeks. Not only is generally not a good idea to mix so many different supplements of any nature, but if they have a positive or negative effect it is very hard if not impossible to understand which one caused it.

I started off when I was a kid at 19 years old with fish oil tablets and caffeine. I started eating everything rich in omega's. I started adding supplements one after another each year consecutively and now I am on a harmonic spectrum of Supplements that compliment one another through trial-and-error. There were times when I was over abundant in certain things and I just had to stop taking my B12 supplement and D3.

Internet IQ tests aren't real. You need to go somewhere official to take one. And the same place may only allow to take a test once a year. Mensa (the real Mensa) supposedly only allows one in a lifetime. It's stated right on the Mensa site that the online test is not to be taken seriously. Joe Rogan is a midwit and only used an online test. Therefore, unfortunately, this video is total bunk.

Great video. Most ppl tend to focus on nutrition body wise, and its rare that they focus on the brain. The brain is the most energy. I tested all these before as well over a longer period tho. Gaba definitely made me moody and hard to sleep. Citocholine worked first week and after that built up tolerance. Tongkat ali didnt improve cognition, just strength. Ginkgo and l theanine together was a beast. Lions mane is the best. This is what allows me to read chapters and actually remember everything i read. Lol n collidal gold mix with lions mane is what im taking now. Gold is a super conductor, and its non corrosive. Its also a noble element, so if they say i am what i eat, then i wanna be noble. To the highest degree😆 but you definitely will experience lucid dreaming witout interrupting sleep. Ancient Egyptians drank gold for thousands of year and believed it was an elixirs of the gods. • @noahpritchett9056
    @noahpritchett9056 Рік тому +5

One of the main reasons you are finding yourself having more realistic dreams and seeing those lines is because all the supplements are making your brain work at 100% longer than it would without the supplements. This means that when you go to sleep, there is more for your brain to “download” and process. This makes your dreams stronger or makes you see things. In the short run it’s not a bad thing, but in the long run it can be a problem because you’ll end up not giving your brain enough time to process things at night. That can feel like a false sense of focus or things like brain stutters. Don’t take my word as science but I’ve researched this before and that’s the short version of what I’ve learned

Huperzine A is an acetylcholinesterace inibitor which prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine which can result in it building up too much in your system. For anybody that wants a low cost but a much much MUCH more effective results, do these few simple steps every day:
    1) Reduce bad habits & bad diet
    2) Exercise
    3) Play several brain games / study & memorize every single day
    4) Take only one supplement that is well researched and you can afford
Each and one of it are related and compounds if you do more.
Nothing beats exercise and training your brain directly like cognitive exercises.
You can make it easier by reducing your bad habits & diet which affects your sleep quality, that will then affect all of the next steps.
Supplements will only assist you. You will need to put effort.
Caffeine gives you that alertness, but you still need to train your brain.
You can take protein, but you still need to pump those muscles.
Unless you're already having brain fogs or some condition. Then you'll need to be more pickier on your diet/supplement. You'll have to spend more like Resveratrol (Berries) for Alzheimer/Dementia, and so forth.

I was in a spectacular end-over-end rollover a year ago, of which I don't remember, and ended up with a trippy TBI. Trippy because I was seeing that kaleidoscope effect whenever I closed my eyes for longer than a blink. Anyway, I couldn't remember from one minute to another. Yah, I would call a friend to see what's up only to be told they were just talking to me 10 minutes prior. I have good friends and they just laughed at me. This was wearing on me so I happened across Lion's Mane. I took it regularly until I had to check into a physical rehab center for 3 straight months and left the Lion's Mane behind. I only realized how well it worked for me after I had to stop taking it in rehab. I super-snooped it out and, apparently, you have to continuously take it to reap the benefits. Once you stop taking it, and depending on the severity of your issue. you can end up right back where your brain was when you started. It did well for me until stopped taking it. I guess I had in mind that it would have lasting effects.
So, with that said, do you think any of the products you took had lasting effects at this point?

Spectacular stuff, love the dive into different areas of the cognitive brain-body connection.
In regards to lions mane, there’s a stir-in mixture you can add to your coffee from a company called Four-Sigmatic. It actually has 1500mg compared to the 500mg in the supplement you’ve been taking and I’ve heard good things from the likes of Tim Ferris and if you’re downing coffee every day anyways, it might be a good addition :) I know the wisdom you imparted earlier about too much of a good thing, but just food for thought.

I take several of these, the ones that stayed on my list were Bacopa and lions mane. Couple that with some bullet proof coffee and some powerful B vitamins and you’re all good. Guess what I got rid of first.? 100% rid of the Huperzine. Headaches galore. That’s probably what was causing your neck ache and your headache.

Since you are already a bit familiar with the questions, you should take the battery of tests again a month AFTER stopping all the nootropics to see if you lose any "brightness".

I am partial to Healthforce Superfoods for supplements. If you are taking MSM, i suggest Solgar's MSM paired with the Truly Natural Vitamin C from Healthforce.

You have a headache because you need to supplement a choline source with Citicoline and Alpha-GPC. The headache is from the increase in acetylcholine producing enzymes which use up choline to create the acetylcholine.

Btw, getting supplements, ESPECIALLY nootropics, off of amazon is super hit or miss from what I've seen. The source matters a lot here.

I took that same Mensa IQ test and got a 135, also took a legitimate 7 hour Binet IQ test administered by a nurse and got a 125, doesn't matter because I legit feel like an idiot in school enough to compel me to take Nootropics like Piracetam and Choline, but the results where negligible. I've been brain drain but now have impressive muscle gains
