Hello everyone and welcome to today's video, I am so happy you're here with me! In today's video we will be using the Swedish Death Cleaning Method to declutter some of my sentimental items. This isn't even a fraction of the sentimental items I have in my home, but I wanted to start small (there's also a couple of sentimental items that I've already gone through in the past but couldn't let go of, not much but a couple of things and I wanted to get those items out of the way, let them go for good!) especially with this method, which is also a method I have never used before. The book I read is called "The Gental Art of Swedish Death Cleaning, by Margareta Magnusson, it is a fantastic book and an easy read, I'll have it linked below. We will be discussing this book while going through sentimental items. This booked had me thinking of my entire decluttering journey, how I view my items and how I declutter, but most importantly it is a selfless and honest method, as you are decluttering your items and thinking "is this something I want to burden my loved ones with when I pass".
