    I have an old fencing trailer. It has all the tools that you need for fencing in it. I got fed up with going out with what I thought I needed only to find i was short. Its just easier for me to hook it up and have everything onboard. Works for me. Great vid John.

    Bloody hell John you must have fingers of steel. I’ve watched you before with thick wire and it bends like butter in your hands.
    Wish I’d known a couple of these hacks and the bolt cutters when we were farming!!!

      My fingers and hands were once real strong not so much any more. Probably alright for an old bloke. John

    Good info for sure. You use some knots that we do not even know here or in the former USA.
    Thanks for the video. Jim

    other than a tafe course, do you know of anywhere that offers fencing cources in qld?

    • @farminglifeaustralia6716
      @farminglifeaustralia6716  Рік тому

      I didn't even know that Tafe offered fencing courses. I would ask a farmer if when he does some fencing if you could help him in return for teaching you. John

      @Farming Life Australia yeh my old next door neighbour is a contract fencer might give him a call once I move back out there and give him a few days work.
      Tafe offer it as part of their agricultural and farm management courses I believe but i may have misinterpreted their info.
      Watched a big bunch of your videos last night. I'll just keep watching those to fill in my knowledge gaps. I learn by watching and then doing anyway so cheers for the vids.

    Number 8 gauge wire Aka " Agricultural Welding rod " has many uses , both temporary & permanent on my farm . It would be a long list.
