Food affects your blood. The only way to see how your cells are doing is blood work. Blood work tells you everything about what’s going on inside you. You should probably go to the dr more.

@@quantumfx2677 you don’t have to. It’s up to you how often you check it. Mike is constantly changing his diet. He might just want to know. And he’s not 30 anymore. At 50 I would be doing the same as him.

He's hurt. He used to knock on people who took breaks or a day off. This is a fishy change in attitude
@@chipsandguac2 He used to knock on people who would take a day off during regular training. Mike still advocated the 4 days a week power bodybuilding though. He would never advocate 3 weeks off with no lifting at all though. He must have an injury or something like that.
