What do you mean? Just go in there and do it. 🤣🤣 I swear most people that want to do called work out have to hype themselves up so much to get that first rep in. I know it's daunting. 😅 Just go over to the rack put on some plates and start squatting......duh 👌👌🤣
Every now and then you come across a method that slaps you across the face and surprises that how much there is to learn in this lifestyle. This was one of them. Just amazing. Thank you for sharing Mike.
Mikes a freakin beast. Lifting super heavy still on everything, no injuries, has great mobility. Very inspiring to see, and something I respect a lot because I push myself to accomplish any goal I can just like Mike, and I won't give up without achieving my goals. I see these young guys these days who are only like 45, and they'e already talking about injuries and having to go lighter than they used to, and it shocks me. Some of these guys even mention TRT already, without knowing their levels lol. In fact you have even younger guys mentioning TRT, guys in their 30s lol, which is absolute insanity for the most part. We are talking prime ages here for the most part. Most people never need TRT. My Test levels are higher in my early 40s than they ever were in my 20s and 30's. Not a lot higher, but very slightly higher according to my blood tests, and my doctor wasn't surprised by that at all. He said why would you think they would go down already? I do lift very very heavy and take care of myself though, and I am natty for life. My father is 75 and his Test levels are in the mid to high 600s, and he eats junk food on the daily, in fact he's been doing that his whole life. He does jog daily though and takes care of himself with exercise. You young guys, meaning anyone below 50 should not be complaining about injuries or going lighter than you used to. Going very heavy as you age is very very important and healthy for the body. I can't believe how weak peoples attitudes are these days. Young men thinking they need TRT without even knowing their levels. I still hit Pr's in my 40s and I am VERY very strong, especially for a natty. You guys should never stop trying to hit PR's , but do it in a safe way as well, since you really can get hurt at any age if you're not careful. Mike will explain how to be safe at times. Sorry this is so long and I sort of freaked out lol, but a lot of these mentally weak young guys complaining these days is a big pet peeve of mine. I just can't believe it, but social media is a big part of what's making everyone so weak and confused. MIke is a beast and a very very good guy to listen to and follow.
Look, anyone can question Mike's status as natty or not, but Mike ALWAYS has extremely helpful advice and tries to help us. Big man has been in the game for so long, being at that condition for his age, with his joints still being healthy, shows he knows exactly what he's doing. Best part, legit all this advice is free, Mike's a fucking legend 👏 ain't no way someone gonna try and dispute that.
Big mike . Great video explaining the warm up and about how the full range of motion is so important with the warmup and work sets. Blessings sent to you and the family from Virginia ❤❤🙏🏼
I still have slight shoulder pain in my left shoulder, but when I’m doing the incline smith bench press I find that if I drop the bar closer to the center of the chest, then I feel less pain or none at all and more chest and POWER!
I BEEN SAYIN THIS TA FRIENDS FOREVERRRRRR AND THEY FIGHT ME EVERY TIME. AND DENY IT. IF U 225. GO OVER THAT. 275. N THEN DROP. IT FEELS LIGHTWR. 😂😂😂 DAMN MAN. FINALLY. I CAN SEND THIS TA THEIR ASSES .
I just got back into lifting as a 48 yr old woman after over 25 yrs of not lifting. I have learned so much watching your videos over the past month, ESPECIALLY your comments abt warm ups. Thank you!🙏🏾
I always loved mike but these last couple years he’s gotten so conceited and I don’t know I’m just the best and it shows and it’s not pretty it’s starting to turn me off from his videos. It started when he got with moe and became a dad! 😂😂 really come on mike!!
I would appreciate a in depth video how you warm-up for leg day, especially squats. thank you Mike
great suggestion
As a woman, I don't do the bench press, so I would be very happy if Mike show a full squat warm-up and workout
Looking forward to this one!
Was t this warmup for all the workouts Mike does in general not just chest

Mike has said this same stuff for over a decade. Consistent. And now I'm finally understanding it! LOL Thanks Mike!
I can’t believe how young Mike looks .. just pure motivation.

Thanks for everything you do Mike you honestly help every lifter out here with the knowledge 💪🏼💪🏼
Super valuable video that turns what people think of warm ups on their head!
I always wondered that what you meant Mike about waking up the nervous system. This is a very good explanation. Thank you!!! 💪😎👊
Mo Mo always giving a show!!!
Sounds like Mike sides more with Mentzer over Arnold.😮
This is genius. Never looked at it this way. But this makes so much sense.
I applied this to my training and it is a game changer!

Great video Mike! Compound movements, work smart. Isolated movements, you can push it on the rep range a bit. NOTED.
*This is the video I’ve been waiting for. Wish you had your SuperThanks enabled for videos like this.*
I second that!
Good stuff Mr.Ohearn

I actually think he’s a lot better in this video…no arrogance, just go in-depth instruction.
You can't warm up like that somebody's going to get hurt that's just stupid
This lady interrupts and talks too much
Do not use any chemicals or techniques to supposedly improve your face. It didn't work, leave it alone
He doesn't...so take your little Cringey joke and move along WEEB 👌🤣
