- Let's get our sweat on with this no equipment cardio and abs workout!
This workout is such a fun cardio and abs workout! I had a great time and I hope you will too. We will work for 30 seconds of each exercise for 3 rounds and 15 seconds rest in between. We will group two exercises together in supersets with one cardio movement and one ab exercise so be ready to stay moving!

I have gone into an exercise slump after an exhausting week at work. I am a few workouts behind. I will prioritize rest without feeling guilty. I will get back to it tomorrow and make up for lost time gradually. Putting it out there for my own mental peace.

Do not come hard on yourself for the exercise slump. We all have those days. Rest is equally important. Do whatever you can and whenever you are working out, be proud of yourself. I know we all are.
Hang in there! Join in when you are able! You can do this. It’s important to listen to your body

I had to modify the side crunch with bent let then straight leg. I was so upset with myself, then I told myself to stop and not be negative. So here I say I did my very best and will keep at it.

I can’t tell you how many excuses I made for myself to not start this workout. Motivation, energy, mindset all at 0. I just told myself to just start moving and 10 min in I felt better. Motivation is something cultivated within, not something to wait for. A good reminder for the workouts and in life as well. Thank you Sydney ❤️

What I absolutely love about Sydney’s workouts is the way she always gives you options and you don’t feel like you are missing the grind. I’ve been battling a really bad knee and have kept up with the workouts by just taking it a little easier on the legs. ❤

I love doing a fabulous cardio workout with my Maine Coon cat (Noah )and( Babe Asher )my Great Dane ! We all love doing cardio and listening to loud music!! My cat loves laying on me when I am doing a ABS) workout my baby cheerleader! Animals makes your workout so much fun. Because they r making some of the cuties faces I have ever seen! I crushed this workout because of them. When you have people around you that really and truly care about you. You can do anything in your life also do it very well!! You always do a excellent job! I really enjoyed that last routine. It was a challenge to keep the sliders under my foot but I think that added to the technical aspect. Always a pleasure to work out with you all.
