This one came just in time for me. My game has been suffering lately; I don't know why but I've discovered my head is down a lot recently and I have been struggling with breaking this new bad habit, despite me always saying vision / swivel head it is your most important skill. so ty!
Awareness is knowing where your teammates and opponents are on the pitch, as for vision is what you are going to do after you know everyone's positioning, do you pass, do you dribble, do your cross. You become aware by looking around you and you make a play by having vision. Vision is something you work on as you gain experience on the pitch
I'm having a football match this coming Friday can you please give me any advice or what I should do to keep my stamina for long enough to play in the match any suggestions, I watched your videos and I learned a lot from it thank you ❤, I just need some advice on how to play for long without getting exhausted in between the match 🙏🏻.
Walk more instead of running, rest in between runs especially right after, just simple walking back to where you should be helps restore some of your stamina back, and almost always sprint at around 70% of your maximum speed to conserve stamina
@@Birdnotes939 And also one more thing. Always be aware of where the space is. If there is a free space and the teammate who is holding the ball is nearby, then if your teammate notice you, you can simply get the ball instead of running for it. Cruyff has said a brilliant statement "Every trainer talks about movement, about running a lot. I say don't run so much. Football is a game you play with your brain. You have to be in the right place at the right moment, not too early, not too late." Well, in this statement, you can understand that you do not need to run like a mindless chicken for the ball. You will get exhausted. Just be in the right place at the right moment and you can play conservatively. And everything that the birdnote said is correct especially the last point. Just run at the max speed only in emergency ( for defense ) or clear goal scoring opportunity ( attacking )
