you are right people in those kinda country they don't talk about this stuff which make them bad in sex ( in general they may be an exception ).
but if you think of it, those people are not allowed to have sex outside marriage so technically they have sex with one person in their whole life( in general ) so they properly don't know what is really good or not, or they can have better sex, or their partner is really bad in bed, despite that they have the lower divorce rate in the world which conclude that sex is not everything to a relationship but MONEY is. 😏😏😏😈😈

Your interview technique is pretty good. I really enjoy your interviews, you get people to speak freely. You're calm, you're confident and you give people space to express themselves.
I never intended to watch a bunch of videos from Japan, Japan is fascinating but I'm not any more interested in Japan than other interesting countries, but getting to hear what people in another culture think and feel is really interesting.

@@HiyokoTKMT It's cultural but clearly a lot of japanese people are not very happy about it as it shows on these type of interviews, Asian Boss also covers topics like this and a lot of people will speak up. I'm only half japanese and I wasn't raised in Japan like my family, but even when I'm with them I see the differences and some of them are great but some aren't. I think foreigners have a lot to learn from Japan but also japanese people seem to be really affected by this way of living life, hiding discomfort always. Like the girl who told about the blood.. This is scary, you should be able to tell someone to stop doing something if it harms you.. It gives place to rape and abuse.. This is not a problem just with japanese but with most women around the world.. There's no shame in recognising what could be bettered

Next interview should be with foreigners(men and women) and their experience having sex with Japanese people. I've read some stories from American men who find it a huge turn off that during sex the girl just... lays there. No feedback and she looks like she's about to cry. And when the guy asked if she's okay she said she is. It is obviously a cultural thing and of course one anecdote does not summarize an entire population.

This is something I've noticed before. Japanese people have different ways of thinking from one another, just like people from any country. However, when talking to a Japanese person about their personal point of view, if they feel a bit insecure, sometimes they will say something like "because I am Japanese" or "this is the Japanese way." I always assumed this was mostly a reaction to me being a foreigner, but to see them react the same way to Yuta's various polls makes me think it might be something else. In the US this reason to justify a person's opinion is less common. If someone said "I don't like eating natto because I am an American. It's just the American way." it would be weird.

I've been reading a lot of books on Japan and certain cultural aspects. One of the "classic signs of love" in Japan is "love like air", where a husband and wife are believed to be able to communicate without actually saying anything. However, in the younger generations, more couples want verbal communication. Actually communicating though on these kinds of issues can be difficult because of the idea of "love like air", even if that is more of an ideal than a reality.

Having a Japanese girlfriend, she has told me in the past, she would never decline having sex if her boyfriend wanted. She said if it hurt, she wasn't in the mood, or just didn't feel good; she would just go with it because of Japanese culture. So what these girls say is accurate in my experience. Culture difference.

The women's attitude toward sex does strike me as a bit weird. A couple should openly speak with one another about what they like and don't like. If you are bleeding from intercourse, you have to tell your partner. But, I will agree with the women, porn does create unreal expectations of sex (in the male mind), just as Disney movies create an unreal expectation of chivalry (in the female mind). Which is why I feel couples should talk about it, try new positions, practice etc.

For quite a lot of people sex isn't just about the physical act itself, but about being intensely desirable by another person even in your crudest and 'vulgar' form; orgasm is the cherry on top. That's why some women feel like they can skip the orgasm completely, as long as they feel loved. And conversely, why most of the times a 1-night stand without an orgasm is just shitty sex.

    • @Visualmetal

I can relate to the girl playing with her bangs about the orgasm subject.. Sometimes sex doesn't have to reach climax all the time for a person because the act of being selfless and caring for your partner is more important to them than reaching to orgasm for themselves. As long as both people are comfortable with the act of sex and ending it positively in someway is more important ^^
In another note, i'd only be fine with not climaxing if I feel comfortable and safe with my partner... and if I love him enough LOL

    • @Pattoe

Sorry for the super late reply. I find this isn't the case the other way around though. I have been in the situation where the woman has orgasmed and I have not, and the woman is extremely upset if I say I am satisfied, this has been with more than one woman, also. It's like they absolutely need to make me orgasm or they have failed and are unattractive/bad when this isn't the case at all. I am very honest and if I say I am satisfied, that is what I mean.

But I say it has a lot meaningful anthropological elements (the need to ganmare) and sociological elements (the way sex is viewed and interpreted by the japanese society and it's individuals)

i feel like some people deny themselves being happy and feeling as good as their partner just because they don't wanna hurt their partners feelings.
but nobody can do anything 100% right on the first try, and since everyone is different they're gonna like different things.
it shouldn't hurt someone so badly to ask for something like being more gentle or more rough or doing sth specific.
on the other hand in some societies it's considered socially acceptable to actually give ppl shit and roast them around others about it. that's just unnecessarily cruel and stupid.
