IKEA MALM Bed Assembly

This video will guide you through the process of assembling an IKEA "MALM" BED.
The assembly is simple but rather lengthy and can be done by a single person without assistance but there are a few steps where a helper would helpful. You only need a Hammer, and both a Flat Head and Phillips Head Screwdrivers.

Thank you for your comment. This IKEA Bed is essentially just a frame and does not come with a mattress. The answer to your question is more dependant on what type of mattress you use than the bed frame itself and I would recommend you consult a doctor who specializes in your condition to get appropriate advice in that regard. Hello and thank you for your question. I just measured the bed and from the headboard to the end of the bed it is 74 inches or 1.88 m so this bed may be a bit small for you. Being 1.85m I'd say you would just barely fit and may find this a bit uncomforatble with you feet jammed up against the sheets at the end of the bed. Good Luck whatever you should decide. this bed was a freakin nightmare to put together. do yourself a favor, either buy another brand or pay the extra money to have them assemble it for you. I personally will be avoiding IKEA in the future

What size it that? 120x 200 or 90x200?

Hi Rishi, I just measure our bed and it is 112cm x 200cm (outside dimensions).
