FLASH FLOOD WATERS ENTERING A DRY CREEK IN TEXAS

We had received 2.5 inches of rain over a 2 hour period in the morning. This creek hasn’t ran in probably 2-3 years. Which is super depressing. I have friends that remember this creek always flowing. I doubt the creek is back to flowing full time but it will be nice while it lasts.
