HUGE problems with assembly. The video has the rear wheels already attached and the one we received had them disassembled. To add to that, the wheels don't seem to fit the way the video shows. One side comes out much further and the spacing ring doesn't even fit on the other side as the text instructions say from the website. HELP!
mash101a Yes, you can. I had mine professionally assembled. But, you can easily move the seat up and down. I HIGHLY recommend changing the seat's locking mechanism. I found it did NOT stay up.
Mine came with the wheels loose in the box. Also a plastic bag with bolts, washers, spacers and allen head bolts. The people at truebicycles didn't seem to know what I was talking about. The bag of parts might be spare parts. They also didn't tell me to loosen the axel lock bolt and lock nut. This is what causes the wheels to turn when you pedal. When tightening the wheel nuts, this must it is loosened so the axel will pull up tight where it belongs. Then you can retighten the bolt and lock nut. Just be sure that it sits directly over the milled slot in the axel or the wheels wont turn. I think mine was sold to someone else and returned and reshipped as is to me. I'm going to look it over very carefully and if it has any more issues, it's going back. They admitted it is made in China but assembled here. They must hire morons for the assembly line or they just don't give a shit. Good luck with yours.

Nice and clear...if yours comes almost fully assembled. If not, then these are horrible instructions.
can you lower the seat and handlebar from the video it looks high the person we want to get this for is short thanks
