Hello, enjoy all of your videos! Question: I see that some of the vendors are in a permanent type of carport while others have their own awnings. I see the "sponsored by" sign on the carports, that is very cool! Does the carport stay in that location year round then? Do you pay extra to use one or is it first come first serve? I would love to have that for our market but since we are in a parking lot of a business and some years there is a lot of snowplowing going on (we are in Minnesota) I don't think it would work for where we are now located. Storing that idea away for the future in case we move to a different location though. Another question that I have is where do your baby goats go? If you have covered this in a video I have not seen it. I sell my doelings to other homesteaders most of the time (registered Alpine) but the little lads are mostly wethered and go to the market in the fall. Since you have a small breed, what happens to all of your little guys? Thank you!
The carports were donated a few years ago by the city. Committed vendors who sign up for the entire season have priority with them & it is usually a first come first serve basis. They are there year round, even though the market is only from May-October. Being in Arkansas, I don’t even think our town knows what a snow plow is 😆😆😆.
