Thanks for Appreciation. Yes it is possible, go ahead and make. The circuit diagram and components are explained in video, Kindly watch the video again. Transfer which is used here is 220v to 12v (Current Rating: 1A). Voltage sensor is the combination of Transformer, resistors and capacitors.
If input voltage below 5V ac, code is capable to read this voltage? Cause of i want to make ac volt meter range is 0.2V to 10.0V. Is this possible sir if Yes so what is the change required in code ?

Good explanation, but I would like to know why you have an alternator as power supply on output pin/side of the arduino uno?
Alternator is used as a AC Source.
Okay, what's the role of the one connected to the relay?
What's the difference between the two AC suppliers?
All are same, I have used multiple just for better demo.
You can use only one and then connect the wires to the required places.

These are just to Divide the 12v as Arduino can only measure upto 5v on its pins.
Value of Tr1 please.This is stepdown transformer please mention the primary and secondary voltages.

When I choosing esp32 board in aurdino ide,there is no hex file to locate

Yes this code is capable to measure it. Nothing to change just decrease the input voltage.
