Northern Philippiens makes dinaguan different. There, it is actual meat. The blood is just a coating on the meat. And we don't use so much vinegar. It's more savory. Not sour.
Dinuguan love it where I grow up we cook it with coconut cream first we toasted the coconut with charcoal no vinegar and it’s so good especially when it’s spicy yummmmm...
Filipino cuisine is probably one of the most diverse cuisines around the world. It has Southeast Asian, Islamic, East Asian, Spanish, American, and Mexican influence. From nasi goreng and tiyola itun at the muslim south, to chinese-influenced pancit, siomai and lumpia, to hispanic Empanadas, calderetas, mechados and lechons, to mexican tamales and ingredients such as sayote and atsuete.
Basically we prefer to cook food that can meet weather createria. Like in the morning filipino wakes early as 5am where the temperature is low so we need some hot food type, but if you have some hectic sched where no much time so we prepare the quickest food to be prepared in a limited time. In afternoon it either hot or cold temperature we prepared food that match. Try to imagine eating a hot soup meal in the hottest time of the day 😁. Same thing in evening.. So ill rather prepare food that match the weather.. Rainy season mostly food being prepared are hot meals.
Sourness in Dinuguan comes from cooking it with vinegar. Chinese influence in Philippines culture from words in Tagalog like susi (key), ate (achi) to foods from.long history and large Chinese settlements in the country
I love your vlog it’s very intriguing. The way you show and enjoy the Food always makes me hungry and wanting to try different types of Food keep up the Fantastic work!!!
Those intestines are both pork, the 1st one that you ate is not a beef intestine, it's actually the small intestine of the pork. The other one is pork large intestine also called as tumbong in the PH because that part is almost near the pigs rectum.
Sounds creepy but it's true, I stopped letting the thoughts of impossibilities lead me. As a parent with kids and with busy schedules I had to figure out a way to spend time with my kids (going on vacations, exploring the city with them and guide them when they're about to make hard decisions) but was quite difficult cuz I was running out of cash. I had to dig deep and find solutions to my expenses, hearing about the stock & Crypto market I decided to give it a try / invest and someone referred me to Emmanuel Benson... trusting him was almost impossible not until our deal of $16,800 was successful, I really do owe him alot.. Don't you think it's high time you spent time with your family and look for a way to cover your expenses as well?? Reach out to Emmanuel Benson through his WhatsApp below so to guide you on how this works +14122268981

Its not really an intestine but a membrane connected to the intestine. Its the peritoneum tissue or mesentery of the pig. Man, if you taste this, you would really love it. Great beer food.
