Excited to start my day with Brothers Walter and Martin!!! Me too!! Born into Catholicism. Was out in the world. Saved (truly born again) at age 19. Went to many churches to find fellow believers in love with Jesus like me. After 30 years, the Lord made me aware of Sabbath in my prayer time alone with Him. Long story short, I found Historicism. A great teacher as I studied at home. He introduce diced me to Walter Veith videos. And then finally (after a few years of intense study and spiritual warfare) into the SDA Church. Hallelujah!

To be able to discern is such a wonderful gift from His Storehouse, for His children. I left the catholic religion after 63 years of life ... purchased your entire series for myself, my children & several friends. I don't believe to this date any have taken a look at them. I really cannot understand the fascination the religious population has with American politics. Thank you, gentlemen, for hammering in the fact that the Bible alone is the true litmus test of understanding. I feel sorry for people who feel the need to morally and physically follow any doctrine, often willing to pour hard earned savings onto the many deceptions. Only the SDA church has awakened in me, a desire to make myself right with my Creator by learning his precepts. I am not perfect, but at least my moral compass has been awakened and now I know I have to seek, not my own wealth and prosperity, but God's will. Thank you. Hi Martin and Prof Veith, thanks for a great video. I have also had my fair share of false prophets, especially in the charismatic church, where I realized that spiritualism is being advocated and taught in that church. Needless to say, that was my last visit to that church.
I believe the text is stating that the elect cannot be deceived, because they are rooted in the Word of God. But those that do not have a stronghold and believe they are elect will be overcome by deception.

Thank God for the Bible which shows us how to detect a false prophet and a true prophet. Lots of people are deceived even after many failed prophesies they keep on believing and be deceived by all the false prophets out there in UA-cam. Hope they take the Word of God as their only guide.

additionally an important verse regards true vs false prophets is 1Cor14,32 "and the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets", meaning that a prophet is in control as to when and how to deliver their message, as it is known that in occultism/spiritism the spirit can take over the person to an extent that the medium gets very much into a passive mode not in control of the deliverance of the message - have still to catch up studying more about how things exactly happened by Ellen White - reading the above scripture in context, wondering if to stop breathing was likely a part of this - also yes, using a word for word translation; does Daniel10,17 have to be mean and to be taken as a dogmatic foundation that every time God reveals something prophetically that these prophets have to stop breathing, in the context of all the other biblical references on how prophets receive a prophetic revelation ?

Mentioning to some folks these days how I am learning to "measure" everything I read and hear and watch against The Rock...The Firm Foundation, The Word. To be able to discern is such a wonderful gift from His Storehouse, for His children.
I am so thankful my Good Shepherd has watched over me all these years, carried me in His Arms...though I knew it not. Then He turned this errant lamb out into the pasture again by the still waters. And, He watched as I again and again strayed to the right and to the left. I am chastened. Yes, rebuked.
But then, He led me to that narrow path. Tenderly, lovingly, He found me once more and promised to lead and guide me, even unto death. He restoreth my soul, and leads on the paths of righteousness...

Oh I'm so happy to find you again Dear Walter Veith and also thank you Dear Martin Smith. I just happened to view one of your video Dear Walter Veith ... back in 2014 "Mark of the Beast" and it changed my life. I left the catholic religion after 63 years of life ... purchased your entire series for myself, my children & several friends. I don't believe to this date any have taken a look at them. I have studied them & would write everything down in notebooks. I have soooooo many of them now (notbooks). I so look forward to our Sabbath Day of rest & I did get baptized a SDA 3 years ago. I also got caught up with the Q movement & even voted for Trump, but have never been able to back him fully. The 2 sides of the same coin thing has continued to hold me back on trusting any of this that is going on.
I did loose touch with your videos but have been faithful to go into my sunroom each new day to sit with Our Savior & read HIS word. I really cannot understand the fascination the religious population has with American politics. Thank you, gentlemen, for hammering in the fact that the Bible alone is the true litmus test of understanding. I feel sorry for people who feel the need to morally and physically follow any doctrine, often willing to pour hard earned savings onto the many deceptions. Only the SDA church has awakened in me, a desire to make myself right with my Creator by learning his precepts. I am not perfect, but at least my moral compass has been awakened and now I know I have to seek, not my own wealth and prosperity, but God's will. Thank you. I hope this series continues to the very Rapture.
Hi Martin and Prof Veith, thanks for a great video. I have also had my fair share of false prophets, especially in the charismatic church, where I realized that spiritualism is being advocated and taught in that church. Needless to say, that was my last visit to that church.

I believe the text is stating that the elect cannot be deceived, because they are rooted in the Word of God. But those that do not have a stronghold and believe they are elect will be overcome by deception.

Thank God for the Bible which shows us how to detect a false prophet and a true prophet. Lots of people are deceived even after many failed prophesies they keep on believing and be deceived by all the false prophets out there in UA-cam. Hope they take the Word of God as their only guide.

The Revelation also says that the Beast gets wounded at some point and then comes back, perhaps that's the hidden code for great awakening for a short time when tribulation hits full force!
additionally an important verse regards true vs false prophets is 1Cor14,32 "and the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets", meaning that a prophet is in control as to when and how to deliver their message, as it is known that in occultism/spiritism the spirit can take over the person to an extent that the medium gets very much into a passive mode not in control of the deliverance of the message - have still to catch up studying more about how things exactly happened by Ellen White - reading the above scripture in context, wondering if to stop breathing was likely a part of this - also yes, using a word for word translation; does Daniel10,17 have to be mean and to be taken as a dogmatic foundation that every time God reveals something prophetically that these prophets have to stop breathing, in the context of all the other biblical references on how prophets receive a prophetic revelation ?
