In the Quran there is a verse which says: إن مع العسر يسرا which means : along with every difficulty there is a relief
In Chinese, we use ‘塞翁失馬，焉知非福’，which comes from a story about something seems bad is not actually bad as we imagined; or '否極泰來', which means when bad things are gone, good things would come eventually.

In Czech, we have a phrase with a similar meaning ,,něco zlé pro něco dobré". It means ,,something bad for something good".

Quang Anh Vu I think this has a closer meaning to “Trong hoạ có phúc” or in Chinese-Vietnamese “Hoạ trung hữu phúc” which means there are good things right within the bad thing (not necessarily after the bad thing ends)

In venezuelan we say: "A mal tiempo, buena cara", which means: "To bad weather, good face"

In Việt Nam we say: “Cái khó ló cái khôn”. It means when you are in very big trouble or bad situation. You will have idea to get over it
Actually, this sentence is a totally different version of “cái khó bó cái khôn”. And this one’s meaning is opposite of the first one. But now we use “cái khó ló cái khôn” more frequently
or "sau cơn mưa trời lại sáng", it is extremely identical to the idiom said by the Thai girl: "The sky is always beautiful after the rain"
