This has to be my favorite OPP episode ever. This car is so amazing. I get chills with every video I watch. Great to see Jeff and Cary called out here. What I love most about the videos on the mule is it focused on the amazing engineering that goes into this car. As one of the luck 75, I can't wait to take delivery of mine.
I had the pleasure of meeting him before. His the most humble and nicest person you can meet. He was broken down on the side of the road, and I remember he had snapped his fan belt on his air-cooled porsche. Not knowing who he was, I offered to help meaby he needed some tools or parts or whatever, but he had everything under control. He was carrying enough tools to get the job done and luckily he was carrying a spare belt . (smartman 🤔) Nice memory. I hope one day we can meet him again. I would love to visit his garage .
Isn't it amazing how people stay home when Magnus is out filming a gorgeous Porsche so we can have the most beautiful shots in empty streets. Love the car but love this man even more. I am 43 years old playing with my hot wheel magnus walker 911 while watching this video. I fucking love my life
I’m sure he’s driving extremely late at night to get such empty city roads. As someone who lives in LA, most of these roads will be at crawling speed well past dark and still subject to random gridlock past 10 pm.
I’m always glad to see new Magnus walker content, and this didn’t disappoint (not that it ever does anyway) I don’t think I’ve ever seen any car spit blue flames like that before,it was awesome, and a beauty of a car too
RIGHT ON RIGHT ON ❤😊 thank you for this brilliant mini 🎦 film great videography Magnus , just bought the Hotwheels 277 in the market I carefully opened it up so I could still put back but I waxed it and just wanted to hold it.cheers😊
-I am glad that you are still around. -You driving your P-car through downtown L.A. in the middle of the night years ago got me through tough times when I was having my 1986 911 Carrera heavily modified... which took 10 months = NO Porsche to drive - fk that! I don't know how many times I replayed your L.A. jaunts screaming under the overpass tunnels. Thanks. -As ALWAYS you do a superb job of giving and explaining car functions and looks. -I love just about everything about this car, Jeff's engine, other's suspension, Gunther Works' stunning Bad Ass design and what appears to me as a satin black wrap exterior. Like you succinctly said, "This is a car Darth Vader would drive" -What don't I like. -It's the year. More specifically I like the generation before this with those beautiful, wonderful, sexy front fenders that held the poetically shaped headlights which would never be called "fried eggs". YES the fried eggs appeared to be more aerodynamic but sometimes form is better than function IF you love pure design; I do. Thanks again Mr. Living Icon and it was nice talking to you in person at the Long Beach Luft. "A garage without a Porsche is just a dark hole" - Walter Rohrl - Porsche Development
getting 700+hp out of an air cooled flat six is crazy. also crazy money. worth it. I know my brothers 993 turbo with a bolt-on or 2 is very enjoyable plenty of performance but 750hp??? holy shit in again an air cooled motor. I understand a 1500hp 4.2l AIM 991 but that a whole different thing epic but the 993 beauty the sound of this motor is like angels with Kramer v wings shredding Pantera licks. weapons grade stuff here. close to the ballpark that RUF clearly owns and will never be bested by this is pretty mega. a true feet of talent. outstanding video Magnus. cheers
I’m glad that in the credits at the end you spelled Cary’s name correctly. I love you, Magnus, but it’s Eisenlohr not Eisenhower. He’s a humble guy doing wonderful things for the Porsche community. I sourced many of his components for my customers in the late ‘90’s and early ‘00’s. Outstanding vid, and (as always) thanks for what you’re doing.
Here is my take... Every car Porsche makes is refined and ready for retail. They are not the fastest, they are not the most extreme looking and they are docile and controllable with regards to handling. This leaves quite a gap for aftermarket tuners to exploit. iI you like these additions then yes, the Guntherwerks variant is better, but for many a step past the turbo S into the gt2rs land is too much car, to visceral. I have a 993 that has a 6speed getrag mated to a NA 7.0L 570Hp v8. Yes it is filling the gap that Porsche left quite well and if you don't have the skill, time or tools to build one of these yourself you can now purchase one from Guntherwerks. I added their steering wheel and shifter to my tribute outlaw 911. I am in the "If Magnus likes it I will too" club.
One single thing I would miss would be my SC classic 5 gauges dash ,i'd prefer that too bright screen somewhere else and have my light orange lighting..what a marvel anyway..
@ the 25 second mark if you pause it, the rear quarter pannel looks jacked. Body line at rear glass isnt straight and it appears you can see where it was spot welded or riveted. Guessing this is why it was a night video?
I JUST LOVE THIS PORSCHE ,,WOW JUST WOW A MASTERPIECE IN ENGINERING , LOVE THE VERTICAL FAN IN THE ENGINE BAY . A TRUE HOMAGE TO THE LEMANS CARS IN THE 1970,S THE WAIT LIST ON THIS INICORN MUST BE LONG AS ROUTE 66
Mid Night Club Japan vibes. Great editing.
Totally
Black Bird
This car definitely has that “fuck around and find out” vibe 👍🏼
Yes, fucked around with a beehive and found out. The thing looks like it’s swollen up from an allergic reaction
Nah it just fucks " because race car"!DDE fam!
bro your comment is life to me! lol XD
until a McLaren 750S shows up, and then bye-bye!
@louKushh That's a joke right? My 930 would smoke that McLaren and this Guntherworks will eat my car for breakfast.

Lucky, indeed.
My god, i wouldn't be able to sleep if I was you. 👌
Ahh man congrats 🍾
drive safe!
Cock! (soz, I couldn't contain my jealousy).

Why is it about you?

Santa when it isn’t winter:
There's something comedic about that garage door opening and Magnus stepping out in his goofy hat
The sounds this car make in the last minute are wonderful.
Closed my eyes and it sounded like a 917.
Agreed, few engines have that melodic violent mechanical sound like a Porsche flat 6 at full tilt, the RB and LS are the others!
Incredible lay out. Superb! You never disappoint. Thanks Bud. Enjoyed the hell outta this Vid. Steveo. ❤
absolute banger of a porsche, still never tired of the matte black
I’m always glad to see new Magnus walker content, and this didn’t disappoint (not that it ever does anyway) I don’t think I’ve ever seen any car spit blue flames like that before,it was awesome, and a beauty of a car too
Beautiful cinematography!
Another awesome and informative OPP video Magnus!
Can't wait for the next one.

he walks like he just shit his pants lol
That's one mean-looking piece of machinery.

Stupid title, awesome video. This is what enthusiasts love. Peace, Magnus 🤘🏿
Great ”santa” and super cool night filming, like Michael Mann himself 🙏🤩!
Cheers Pavlov, stellar work
This is cinematic quality , its dope, the writing the footage , everything.
Go go Magnus
Superb camera work, great storytelling and the dark Lord was magnificent
Midnight Club. Great engineering! I really like that car! Reminds me of driving around. Waisting a lot of gas. Getting home tired.
Beautiful but I'll take a brand new 911 Turbo S for 10X less money...
Just listening to Magnus describe this car made me subscribe immediately. The man is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely expressive.
PLAY at 1.25x you will enjoy it better.

Its what a Passat W8 should of been, reliable and easy to work with. This 4.0l Porsche engine is a beast!
Hell on wheels! New favorite all time. All badass no fluff. Nice work
I've never seen this channel before production values are top notch.
Keep up the good work mate.✌️ There's always going to be haters.
I'd love to see misha driving this in the ring

Luv your addition to porsche. An the way u do as u want to a car.who cares what other people think or say👍👌🏼
I have owned a 1995 993 Coupe since 2014 , That's all I need and I also own a 2004 Miata , A Singer and Guenther are fantasy cars.
when did Rasputin start reviewing cars
Wow… SMDH…🤦♂️
I am DYING
@07:00 that rear tail light glowing off the ground is fantastic
Saw you in a white porsche at portmiami the other day chasing a green one. Nice to see it was you in my town the other day
Guntherwerks and Magnus Walker a perfect combination!
Una leyenda de las que no quedan,es de admirar lo que ha construido este hombre
Hell yeah brother, what a machine, manual for life,,,
4:06 what's that rattling from the engine compartment... oh, it's magnus walker's notebook!!
Amjad is the genius behind gunthers engineering n technical direction
Midnight special ,,,,,,great car thanks Magnus
Nice work Magnus 🍻 bonkers car!
5:14 on the freeway footage was so sick and clean!
I dont like the look of the 993 but this thing is f#cking awesome!
G-Dub Turbo in its native habitat. Fantastic video Magnus!

This is the 1... Magnus is on it.. 😎🙏👊👍✌🇬🇧
That car is not for inexperienced drivers, that's for sure. Insane machine.
Love the restoration, the modern 993. 30 year old Porsche with new life.
The rolling highway shot was insane 👏 👏
That dude is so high, he doesn't even know what's going on. And I envy that lol. Such a work of art!
One single thing I would miss would be my SC classic 5 gauges dash ,i'd prefer that too bright screen somewhere else and have my light orange lighting..what a marvel anyway..
Bingo, I'd go for the old school analog gauges. Other than that, this thing looks vicious!
@@VladTepesVEVOI think this is just a test dash and not the final product. Likely to be customizable by GW too.
Yeah BUDDY! This car is a monster!
lighting back of the car shines at night! wonder what that big red "stop" button will do. is it a button to shut down cars used in actual racing car?
to have an outlaw like no other than Magnus Walker review the car is an absolute genius marketing idea
I wish Magnus would make videos like this for Renntech and real AMGs.
passenger door being partially open bothered me every time that angle popped up. LOL. Fantastic car.
and here i just thought it was Tesla level panel gap.
That car is a beast, absolutely love it. Wow!!
Magus walker is the right man to do a review on a Gunther works ❤
I love the SUPER DUPER analogy 😄
Seems like a good solid dude with a passion for sports cars
This particular car and its vibe pairs so well with Magnus.
It was an epic night!!🔥🔥
Is it a test mule and does it have any sound deadening? Also, would you say that its rowdy?
Now I see where Jay Kay gets his love of hats from, his Dad.
@ the 25 second mark if you pause it, the rear quarter pannel looks jacked. Body line at rear glass isnt straight and it appears you can see where it was spot welded or riveted. Guessing this is why it was a night video?
The door was ajar. Jumped out at me too.
Jeeez! With everything that’s so right about it you feel the need to point out something negative? The cars a test mule. 🤦🏻♂️ stay in your box 👍🏻
It's a test mule vehicle, of course its gonna be beaten up. The production ones will be perfectly assembled.
Work of art
❤😂😢😮😅😅😊😊😊😊 you were flying in that 993 that damn thing is so sweet and I remember Gunther works Marin late 70s and 80s
The top end sounds is absolutely exhilarating.
Amazing car! Noticed passenger door not closed completely at 0:26 and 6:40. Glad it stayed closed 😬
ALAS, THEY DO IT WITH STYLE AND SCHADENFREUDE
Dirty Wizard car reviews, rocks!!!
Another excellent review...1 question...what radar detector do you use, and, if you don't want to name it, do you at least use one?
The roar of that girl, my god. Giddy up, giddy up!
Much love to this guy🤙🏼
Loves. The. Flames!!!!❤😮❤
awesome babe
first time a car reviewer did the whole video during night time
Nicole Johnson brought me here with her 277 episode. Subscribed.
Let me start with the Mona Lisa and I can improve the painting. Let Guntherwerks start with nothing and see what they come up with.
if guntherwerks is so great, why dont they build their own car that beats/rival porsche
Cause their whole vision is based off of Porsche
He’s back! 🙌🏼
Magnus Walker drives Darth Vaders Porsche.❤
Do you think it has sound deadening?
I wonder if it was inspired by the 993 GT2 Evo, or where that gearbox came from. Would this be considered a usable car? No way of knowing
It sounds like they are putting a sports team together to create this car
Especially love the night shoots!
that's a beautiful car looks and the engineering behind it
what engineering? done by porsche or gunther??
That build is sensational.
Brillant review....great content.
Wow.....this is a dream car!!!!
Love how the stop signs go by so quickly.
Great stuff Mag!!
Magnus, Just wondering if Michael Mann edited this great vid ?
What an insanely savage build
My dream but in wd-40 blue ! Great work !
This is a busy man. Duck commander, clothing designer, reality show and Porsche! WoW! what will be reveled he's involved with next?
