Michael Nouri... ok, you **HAVE** to see 'The Hidden' from 1987 also starring Kyle Mcloughlin from Twin Peaks and Claudia Christian. Directed by Jack Sholder. One of the best 80s action sci-fi films of the whole decade.
Now just give us Footloose, I remember buying a four feature DVD with this movie, Footloose, Saturday Night Fever and Grease. Glad this movie looked so good in 4K and the soundtrack is an 80s classic and still a sexy film.
A bit of trivia about "Flashdance", Jennifer Beals obviously won the role but the runner up was Demi Moore. The makers took the pictures of Jennifer and Demi around to different men and asked who they thought was more beautiful and Jennifer won.

I remember Jennifer Beals coming into the restaurant where I used to work in Vancouver, BC (she was here filming "The L Word"), and I agree with you, just a beautiful person and looks just like she does in person.
Flashdance is going to be showing at the movie theater for two nights. I believe the 27th and 30th of April. Here in Lexington probably also in Louisville.
Just watched Flashdance last night on 4K. The menu screen on the 4K looked grainy af but the actual movie looked good as far as the transfer I agree that they should have done an interview with Jennifer Beals but we get what they give us Great review Ken
First time watching this movie and I was very impressed by the 80s vibe I didn't know how big of a influence this movie was. Paula Abdul and Jennifer Lopez definitely took some of the scenes in the movie and added it to their music videos. I'm more of a vivid person so the transfer was okay in my opinion but definitely was clear
Is Best Buy getting rid of the movie section? I went to my local Best Buy earlier today, and they had very few movies on hand. The manager said corporate made them take down 1500 movies.
i believe that it was because of this movie plus other dance movies like saturday night fever and footloose, that the peanuts special, its flashbeagle charlie brown appeared on tv a year after flashdance came out the R for this film feels More like Early Pg-13 cause Pg-13 wasnt invented until after temple of doom and gremlins so i think that this film acts somewhat like a Light R bordering on a PG-13 tone if seen from a modern standard nowadays
Back in the days when I watched popular movies even if they were not horror, something I wouldn't do today, went to see Flashdance but it was too full so I couldn't get in but was at the theater already so chose another movie. I went into the movie Hunters Of The Golden Cobra an Italian Raiders Of The Lost Ark rip-off! Well I was entertained by Hunters for what it was. So I've never seen Flashdance! But now I don't care to buy it because it's musical the less genre I like the least. But I know it was very popular back in the day. Good review and cool video Ken!👉😃👈

Cool video but flash dance Is an ok movie very overrated compared to other films in the Jondra and I would say this to anyone who was consendering buying flash dance on 4k if you already own the paramount present of flash dance then you really don't need to go out and buy it again just to have it in 4k bc the bluray release is good enough and owning more then one copy of this film is a waste of money and space on your shelves and keep the videos coming
