Sobrang ok itong idea ng business nito, sobrang dami na ngang gusto mag pagawa, isa na kami dun actually. Pero sobrang kaonti ng supply nila, sana maging aggressive kayo sa hiring, production, etc. Tama na yung marketing, madami na kaming prospect clients.

Answers to your questions on this 89,000 pesos Cubo Modular house ..... Wow, ang mura naman 89 k lang. Parang 2 k Can dollars. Sweldo yan ng 1 month lang dito. Looks so cozy and very functional. Sayang wala daw silang showroom dahil nga sa safety concerns dahil dito sa pandemic. Mukhang very durable pa. Delivered nationwide ang materials. Thanks for sharing sis. This is very informative. budget ko 1.5 m so now..750 k for the lot and 750 k for my house..pasok wala ng mortgage na iisipin..

Sorry to inform you, about the engineered bamboo, as in maganda talaga......mayroon ako ginawa nabukbuk na......before nag lay-out.....lagyan na anti termites-solignum mix with others sa base........tapos lay-out pinalagyan ko pa again solignum sa surface mga three days bago pina punasan nang basahan........mayroon talaga lulusut na bukbuk.....sa may mga corner bamboo floor ng area saan nagsimula.........dapat mag order,,,,,,may spare mga dalawang box for replacement kung sakali may bukbuk

Very affordable & beautiful. Question though can the buyer request for grills to be added next to the jalosy windows since it's so easy to dismantle it? Same as putting an aircon? Is this fully insulated for summer seasons & the roofing insulated as well? Can it withstand strong storms? If this has been discussed in the video my apology. My headset got battery low before I got to your video so I'm struggling to listen to the video at night. Many thanks. How to contact you by the way. Is it also ok to rent this kind of house?

I want t9 give you another idea, the “MODULAR SHIPPING CONTAINER, for strong typhoon, in CANADA there are lots of shipping container even in USA, most of them are USED, some company no longer use this container, sitting in the park8ng lot,so if you can come to CANADA OR USA to survey or check this container, contact the government this is a sturdy, just refurbish the container nothing can beat this container. This was 10months ago, is your payment term option already updated? Your website offer the same plan, no option for Pagibig or Banks. Im sure many are interested like me but cannot afford to pay 50% upfront.

Pano kung ang pag iinstallan ng bahay ay linang(barrio, gubatan, rough road) kaya nyo mag deliver? Pati dito kasi samin di na kaylangan ng bldg. permit dahil kung magustuhan nung mga tao dito na mag tayo ng kubo nila mag papaalam lang sila sa may ari nung lupa. May mga bahay din dito na fully furnish pero di ko na kitaan ng bldg. permit.
Hopefully po sir mang yari yong 50 percent downpayment then next monthly n, papagawa talaga ako regalo ko sa sarili ko, hirap kc maging single mom pag tanda kawawa k pag wala k sariling bahay.

I just emailed the company if they can do the whole process from foundation up to building the cubo less stress for me it will be worth the extra expense.
