Don't skip ads, baka one day, this pinoy architect might help build houses para sa mga nasakuna ng bagyo..
Will save this video. Nag-iipon na po ko pang renovate ng bahay namin na mas matanda pa kesa sa lola ko 😂. 500k is ung target budget ko po. Hopefully in next 3-4yrs matupad ko sya para sa parents ko. This will really help a lot especially samin na mejo limited ang budget. Thanks archi!
yung hindi ka architect or any related course but nanunuod ka because it's very interesting. He is very interesting.
Yellow ang ginamit dahil yellow is the only color na hindi napapalitan ng kulay kapag natatamaan ng ibang light. It's also a reflective color. Kaya ang color ng lines sa Highways are yellow, pansinin niyo din sa mga humps sa inyo 😘

"Kasi alam niyo, hindi kayo iiwanan ng bubong niyo. 'Di tulad ng ex niyo, ouch!"
Can we appreciate Llyan's effort in this video he literally went up to the roof to explain.
We need more contents like this. D lang entertaining but it’s also informative. WAY BETTER THAN STUPID PRANKS na scripted.
Its like going to school free of charge. Thank you Sir!
Prof: Why would everyone want to become a Architect?
I love how witty he is. I don't know about architecture but there's one thing im sure abt, he's giving his best to perform his profession.
I'm VERY interested in this vlog. I plan on retiring in the Philippines and would line ideas of typhoon proofing the home I buy. Would you be able to add English subtitles to this?
This is an interesting design sir Llyan, though might I recommend polyurethane expansion foam in between the walls and ceiling for insulation. Because we live in a tropical country and the walls of the shipping containers are made of Corten Steel which absorbs and conduct heat from the sun in which would make the inside of the house more of a human sized oven. Adding insulation can greatly reduce heat coming from the walls and roof on summer days. But overall, that's one heck of a well-designed stormproof house! Well done.
How I wish more architects are employed in the government so houses like this are adapted especially for those in government funded housing. More than the innovations and aesthetics, you'll instantly know that the house is designed in aide for one of the common housing problems of low-income Filipinos. Side note,
The design that we need! Kudos architect Llyan. Aspiring Architect & Vlogger here!
We filipinos are really grateful that you are filipino. I watched you cause I can see that you enjoy architecture as you inform us in a fun way.
