Hi! I just posted a video f which Canadian Universities or Colleges offer the clinical research program! ua-cam.com/video/0GC4d0pcUM8/v-deo.htmlsi=18aPD7EFNaoXOltH
Hi Ate! Im a Filipina who just graduated with a BS in Public Health and currently working as a Research Assistant in the US. Been looking at this pathway and ran into the CRA job and have been trying to learn more about it since. Thanks for this informative video! Would love to see a day in the life of a CRA next :)
Hi! I have my BS in Public Health as well and began my career in clinical research as a clinical research coordinator now CRA. I have a background in coordinating HIV, infectious disease, vaccines and oncology trials. My advice, try and get a job as CRC on clinical trials. Academia is a good place to start as it can be much easier to get a job there than in the industry. Do that for about 2 years (I was a coordinator for 4 years) and then begin your CRA search.
Hi alexa, I have done bachelors in pharmacy in india. Fanshawe college is provding regulatory affairs and quality operations post graduate certificate course which is a 2 years course with 4 months co-op. This course also has clinical research courses in 1 and 2 semester. Will this course help me getting entry level jobs in Clinical Research.
Can you please suggest some courses for dentists who do not want to work as a dentist but in the software industry as CRO...please guide us if you have any insight
Hi everyone! Please let me know if you have any questions! If you're also already working in the industry, feel free to share any insights you have! Let's build a community that could help aspirants to break into Clinical Trials Industry! :)
Hi Alexia this is santoraj here now I'm watching your video how to do CRA role in clinical research. So firstly I introduce my self my name is santoraj I live in Maharashtra India. I have 5 years experience in clinical research industry and currently looking for job change since mar 23. I applied many times research industry or organisation but no any responses so if you have any idea to become a CRA role fresher please notify me My email id - kapadnis.sam15@gmail.com +91 898-33-4417-29 Thanks
m thinking to pursue clinical research but almost every Institute is provided diploma degree program not masters should I pursue it m asking you because u r an expert in this field ☺ they are providing hands on training from day 1 it's one year program so till the end of course I will have 1 year internship certificate also should I go for it
Hi Amina! Apologies for the late reply! It depends really on what your goals are, do you want a masters degree? It also depends on what kind of job you are looking for in the industry but most of the time, like 98% of the time, for you to become a CRA they don’t ask you to have a masters degree. For me personally, Masters or PhD won’t matter if you want to be a CRA, but if you’re using the CRA role as one of your stepping stones in your career to do something else that requires Masters degree, then you go get the Masters program. Please also note that it doesn’t matter when you’ll get your masters degree because education is always there. There are people who will work for now then go back to get their masters degree. Hope this helps!! ☺️
If the program is providing you a hands on training right away, that would be great. Nowadays, you need more experience for you to be competitive in the job market that’s why there are university or college programs that offer coop or internship in their program. Let me know if you have more questions!
@@alexasdiaries thank you soo much yes the Institute is providing hands on training from day one I want to be a cra and tomorrow m going to get admission in the Institute itself n they will provide me with a personal project so at the I'll get 3 certificate 1st: pgdiploma, 2:internship, 3:project. Is it possible to get a job abroad after my completion of course. Like with a year experience?
What would you suggest for migrant who has medical background (6year medical school -MS in Epidemiology) to do in US. is it possible to work in this field without a license and what are the most important skills needed? I am also learning Data Science. 🙏

Hello ma'am, how are you doing? I thank you for all your helpful videos. I have a very urgent question. I applied for a In-House CRA position on January 10th for a major CRO company. But on January 25th they wrote back with this "You recently applied for the position of In House CRA Early Development ProgramThis is to bring to your kind attention that the IHCRA hiring is on pause owing to an official internal audit. I shall get back to you possibly in next few days soon once we resume back with the hiring process." And i replied a day later that i am waiting to hear back from them. It has been 2 and half weeks now since I got the email. What should I do now, because I'm getting really curious. Like what's going on? Do you have any clue as to what's going on? Do you think I am going to get the position? Do I wait for them to reply first? Also the title of the email is "position on hold" what do I do?
Hello, thank you for watching my videos. I think we can’t do anything about this for now because they’re putting things on hold. maybe try to follow up with them again next week? but i would suggest for you to keep applying somewhere else. Don’t just wait for them, continue applying. Hope this helps!
