As soon as this video ended I ran down to my craft room, busted out my brand new package of stamping foam and my 3D embossing folders. Using the foam on the raised portion of the embossing folders then layering ink from light to dark - oh my! It is addictive! I had so much fun.
I used my stamping foam to make a background for a Valentine’s Day card for my husband today. I even used Simon’s leaves pull apart stamp.

My favorite card was from the floral die. Super nice cards.

Beautiful cards, great techniques! My favorite card is the one with the flowers that look like mums. The 2-tone backgrounds are fantastic! As someone else said, they look like wood cut or linoleum cut block prints! Love that technique! TFS!

I waited so long when these first came out for them to come back in store k I ordered extra NOT realizing there was 4 in a package so I have so much of this idk what to do with it and I’ve only used one piece once! I’m glad to see more on the stamping foam!

@@simon.hurley Thanks, Simon, for taking the time to reply. I'm pretty sure my local Michael's carry it but they have nothing in stock. I've found it online at an Edmonton store. They are waiting for some products to arrive from Rangers before they ship out my order so I've emailed them to see if they can add the stamping foam to my order. Here's hoping they'll say "yes". :)
Loved the stamp you made from the slimline Mum’s Coverplate Die. So cool. The card with the gold embossed heart is classy.

Loved all the cards today but I did like the one where you used the die to impress the foam, the details were fabulous.

Great idea to create stamps from embossing folders! I'm still hoping the stamping foam will become available in a larger size, since most of my cards are 5x7.

they are all beautiful but the last one with the Lovely Lillies n embossing powder was my favorite.....I forgot about that stamp n I don't believe I have it.....sigh, next purchase here I come!!!! LOL

WARNING!!! I used 2-sided tape on one of my blocks and it tore some of the foam off when I removed it! So….. I think to be safe, use only low tack tape to hold foam to acrylic blocks! Don’t want anyone else to learn the hard way! 🤣 Luckily only one block was damaged.
And probably only one side so you can still use the otherside or the smaller alongsides
This foam is so genius. Stampers Secret should have found it first. Lol. Looking for more secrets. I think I found one. A couple of our favorite UA-camrs are testing it now.

Two questions…how do you clean off the versa mark off the foam as it’s pretty sticky? Second question, what effect do you get if you use the depressed side of the embossing folder with the foam? Love ❤️ your cards and videos!!
