You’ll notice he doesn’t talk about still size and shape at all about the still itself instills flavors he completely ignores how different alcohols have different sections in of the runs that are there desired flavor In whiskey you don’t want heads but that’s not the case in all spirits this is a great bs marketing video designed for accounting and c suite not people concerned with flavors Efficiency is a great metric but this is a great example of your looking for efficiency in the wrong place to make the best products I bet it would be the most efficient bottom shelf and hand sanitizer grade ethanol still you could by based on only his word
Nice sales pitch... though a normal colomn still does everything yours does, and you can limit your heads and tails with the yeasts used and the time and cycles of your fermentation process. My question is cost of your system compared to a regular column still?
The Irish outlawed the column still when it was proposed to them by it's inventor, an Irishman. Pot stills leave oily flavonoids that are desirable that column stills strip away. You get more yield from a column still but a maybe a more palatable product from the Pot.
Packed columns will reject oils. But falling film or rising film stills can potentially pass the same steam distilled oils. Not necessarily, but possibly
Pretty convincing, easy to understand lecture or presentation 🎉

“Now let’s talk about cost” lol
мощность колонны?
насадка травленая?
You're too biased. Sorry!
The title is a bit misleading, they're marketing their still, it's not an actual video showing all the pros and cons of each system
