I have never cried so hard as the day Lowndsey won this Bathurst. I truly believe Brocky was with him the entire race. How fitting for Lowndsey to win. Even now after all these years I still tear up watching it❤️

fantastic finish, but what a horrible day to be a mark skaife fan. i remember being 5 years old, and being so happy after 2005, and seeing how fast the HRT car was across the weekend it looked like skaifey was gonna do it again. imagine the tears i shed after lap 1.
