mine broke just tonight when using it to scrape off some broken stucco i hope my ingco supplier could repair mine its a damn great tool hope it gets fixed cause they just fitted my joint shaft trimmer with a straight shaft
Great tool, but the competitors have a quick attachment locking mechanism which makes it more user friendly than unscrewing and screwing everytime when changing the attachments...
That might be true, what is the price-difference between this and the competitors? Does the addition of a quick-locking mechanism warrant the price-difference, if there is any? You will of course unpack the price-difference and enlighten us. Conversely, the usage-volume of such a tool will determine the unwieldiness of the current mechanism. If it becomes cumbersome during hours of daily usage I would consider the competition. How frequently would you, in your use-cases, swap attachments?
Bought one a few weeks ago and used it yesterday to install door hinges, work much better than chisels or screwdrivers and hammers. Should've bought long time ago
Hi there, we are very happy to hear this tool has help you out and you are enjoying your experience using this tool. It really is one of the most versatile power tools out there.
I have several ingco tools and generally happy but I use this tool for sanding in awkward areas....but trying to get replacement pads is almost impossible, others do not fit so am cutting the shape out of circular pads...which is a waste, they should back up with available accessories.

is this the latest model? cos i had one frm the same brand n my biggest complain is the extremely loud n high pitched sound they emit! i do own many oscillating tools frm various brands but this one is unbelievably annoyingly loud
Hi there, this is the latest model. It sounds very similar to the previous generation but there has been some improvement in the noise this machine makes when in operation.
The only problem with these tools is that they don't come in a carry case. I like a case with tool, bits for the tool, charger and battery all together. Hate rummaging around in a big box for the tool I need.

Very true, this is quite a drawback as it makes it less convenient to use. Hopefully this gets addressed soon!
