I am going to point out a things that aren’t exactly valid,
The first is the shadow forms/fragmented, as there is a difference which will make it invalid as bill was doing it from “his” realm freely, and could only do this after Gideon summoned him.
While the collector isn’t just in another realm. He was imprisoned, by the Titan, which seals his powers, not the same thing here.
The second one will be the crater, as scientifically the holding of that massive castle is actually a better strength feat than the size of the crater, and it was with the collector NERFED, as he was being overtaken by the corrupted Titan gore moss, which deactivates his powers, or weakens it at this moment, and physically weakens it as-well as we seen with other people effected by it.
And the third and final one is the multiversal feat, with the rift, and while unrelated to the point, we don’t actually have any real feats for time baby so we don’t know how strong that is, and now to the real point, time baby wasn’t stating that if bill was in that universe existence was doomed, he was saying if the “rift” bill was using was continued, it would grow by itself and consume it all, it wasn’t bill, it was the rift he was using.
Remember, bill couldn’t enter our world physically till the rift was open, he couldn’t get his army’s till the rift was open, and it was the rift that posed the threat.
Yes he was stated to be a multiversal threat. However a insane terrorist with all the access codes to the nukes would be called a global threat, but that doesn’t mean he would be scaled to planetary.
Now, I am still not debating whenever your analysis on who would win is wrong, I just simply wanted to state and correct some facts on the analysis.

One thing not mentioned that I think tips the scales in Bill's favor even more is The Collector is extremely easy to manipulate. Manipulating people is Bill's specialty. If these two fought Bill would likely take over The Collector or convince him to work for him in some way only adding The Collector's powers to his own.
I can imagine Bill making the Collector one of his chaos buddies. I mean, pre-finale he had the right mentality for it - have fun, ignoring what consequences it has for the people around you. A little lie about the people actually not being hurt at all here and there and he'd win them over easily, no fight required.
Now, post-finale Collector might be a bit trickier, since Bill's plan for Gravity Falls is so similiar to Collector's "plan" for the Boiling Isles, he'd explicitly know that that is wrong. But still, I can imagine Bill finding a way to manipulate him if given enough time

@@ultimatesora4467 Wait, what? How did you come to that conclusion? I haven't been bashing the series anywhere. Pretty sure the most negative thing I've said about it online is that the time constraints on the third season screwed over a few storylines. And that was Disney's fault.
Also... on you other comment, the one addressed to Iron Muro. All right, sure. The Collector agreeing to work with Belos in the first place is not necessarily a sign that he's easy to manipulate. I'm reminded of an episode near the end of The Last Airbender's second season, where Azula lets Long Feng think he's manipulating her so that she can double-cross him to spectacular effect later. Agreeeing to work with a manipulative villain isn't a sign that you're easy to manipulate, sure.
Not noticing any red flags in the following relationship is, though. The Collector doesn't seem to have seen Belos's double cross coming. He believed he was actually going to be freed right up until Belos threw him off a bridge. Then he fell for the Owl House game. One look at those kids' faces should've been enough to tell him they were lying. So unless he was looking at Hunter the whole time, King and co very easily manipulated him in exactly the way I said that Bill Cipher might try to.
Then later, we have Raine/Belos doing exactly the same thing, and the Collector finally sort of pushed back there - but not because he thought Raine/Belos was lying. Becuase Raine/Belos's advice was legit rather stupid. He really doesn't seem to have ever figured out that Raine wasn't trying to be helpful.
Then later, his redemption arc is basically completed in a five-minute conversation. That's not a case of manipulation, but it is a sign that he doesn't have much that he's sure of.
In summary, there isn't, so far as I can remember, a single time in the series where someone tried to trick the Collector and he saw through it. He's a terrible judge of character and he usually doesn't question whether what people are saying is what they actually mean.
This isn't a knock on the Collector. He's, what, five? Eight? Somewhere between those ages, at least mentally. He's not supposed to be a discerning adult. He's not supposed to be able to recognize when someone he should be able to trust is just using him. At that age, he should still be innocent, and his tendency to fall for everything is a sign that he is.
Also, not everyone can or should be Azula. It takes all sorts to make a story go around.

The only reason why the Collector couldn't tell where King was was only because King had the collar on that his father apparently left for him to hide King from the Collector. It had nothing to do with his powers. That doesn't mean that Bill is more powerful in that way, just that he didn't have things blocking him from seeing others the way that the Collector did. Also, the Collector mentioned that he taught Philip/Belos magic, which was stronger than anyone else's in the Boiling Isles & that was while he was still trapped.

I think Bill would win eventually but it wouldn't be a short fight I don't think. These two powerful beings will go on battling for quite a while, no doubt causing all sorts of other destruction along the way. Bill is as cunning as he is intelligent so eventually, with time, he'd be able to figure out a way to neutralize the Collector if not flat out just kill him like he did with Time Baby.
Speaking of Time Baby, I think it'd be pretty funny though if in this hypothetical 1v1 he actually tried blowing up the Collector into nothing just like with Time Baby (his opening move essentially) only for it not to work at all, giving him pause and a moment of WTF that didn't work?
I mean Bill bare minimum is low complex multiversal, thats 2 layers of infinity above the Collector's power

Common answer: bill wins against the current collector but probably falls off against a battle with an older collector like the grand huntsman or the archivists, gotta remember that being in the boiling isles definitely nerfed some of his powers due to the place literally being made with titan magic.

We haven't seen a collector destroy a world because there hasn't been a reason to - but we can reasonably conclude they can because they can expand to be even larger than the planets themselves.

I actually think one of the Collector's most impressive feats was the crazy reality manipulation he demonstrated when playing pacman, marbles and jenga. He just transformed everything around him with a snap of his fingers.
But I think Bill's manipulation would be enough to defeat him. That child is way too naive.
I dunno. Collector could be invincible to everything except titans power. Also he is child. It would be fair to ask child Bill vs Collector, or Bill vs adult collectors. In this case is very difficult to say who wins.

Killing a time baby? Literally rhe most fear being in the multiverse? Destroy his own dimension? Creating a nightmare realm?
Thing was, the collector had to be kept in a prison specifically designed for him. Once he was out, we know it is fully within his abilities to navigate the multiverse because he made a new portal door. Bill on the other hand can't get to new dimensions unless there's a pre-existing link between them.
Bill I Think COULD go into other dimensions But If you remember from gravity falls, Some kind of object (inter-dimensional Rift) was stopping bill from coming to our dimension. Once it was broken, he was Free, Pretty Much Able To Do Anything he wanted But Couldn’t Leave Gravity Falls Because Of The Barrier Keeping Him Inside

Here's the thing about this, though: It's been stated that Bill can traverse universes on his own in the post-show comics, and (I'm not sure about this part so don't quote me on this) in Journal #3. And most people forget this when scaling Bill against other characters, but Bill 'destroying his own dimension' isn't referring to a universe. It's referring to the literal *dimension* he resided in, that being the second dimension. This is a **HUGE** difference. When one is referring to a specific universe, the other is referring to a plane. That means that he, *singlehandedly* mind you, destroyed *every* 2D universe. That's why it was so important for him to get to Gravity Falls in the show, because the entire dimension was breaking due to him destroying everything in it. People usually throw around the words dimension and universe as if they're interchangeable, but when taken into proper context Bill's feats are *completely* blown out of the water compared to how they're viewed beforehand.
if there is a threat of a higher level than Bill Cipher, the merger of Luz and Anne would have to be necessary... or perhaps that of Luz and Star
Bill Cipher wins with ease literally he destroyed the whole second dimension which could be a multiverse like the 3D world or just one universe but both of them are still more impressive feats that the Collector has and Anne and Luz even in titan form combined.
Anne destroyed a moon and Luz barely showed off her skills outside of strength and some spells, but nothing that physically hurt Belos. Not to mention both forms don't last forever and Anne died after her's ran out.
Bill, however, was only beaten by a specific ritual made specifically for him and erasing him from existence by trapping him and removing all the user's memory and even then: it's hard to say his truly gone.
I feel a being of equal power to Bill could truly beat him or, at best, throw him into another universe to be trapped in, and even then, it depends on who is fighting him. I'm not sure the God of Amphibia or King's Dad could beat him.

Edit: Which is using the power of god and The Axolotl is the most powerful been in The Owl House, Amphibia, Star versus the forces of evil, and Gravity Falls because they are all connected.
Something everyone doesn’t get: THEY MEANT THE MERGER. That intergalactic thing that made Anne get revived, the Titan that did the same with Luz, and Stars whatever (I forgot the show, ok?)

Something people forgets to consider is that Anne will become the inter galactic omega being after she dies so she might have power that are at least universal plus.
Although I agree that Bill would win against the Collector, I can't stop thinking that the Collector is still just a child, even if he is over a hundred years old. The Archivists themselves seem to be a lot more powerful than the Collector since they were able to wipe out almost all of the Titans, an already powerful race with almost god-like abilities. So, even though Bill definitely wins against the Collector in their current forms right now, I can't help but wonder how the fight would look like if the Collector was finally all grown up like their family. Too bad we don't have as much lore on the archivists compared to Bill as of now so all I can do is theorise.

Tbh, Bill cypher against the collector is like putting a father (someone who’s lived there life doing what they do, becoming good at it and is still in the prime of there life) against there child (someone with far less experience atm but potential to surpass the father in time)
Which is me basically saying the collector COULD get to bill’s level one day but he’s still a kid, so Bill takes the fight.

Bill is old, but when he was younger, he destroyed his entire universe and killed everyone in his universe. And we haven't seen what Bill would do if he wasn't stuck in gravity falls

Being that the Collector is a child it's possible he not even at his full power and will just get stronger when he ages though being immortal and aging very slowly that would take very long time to reach full strength
Bill Cipher is an adult and apparently trillion years old and at full strength and Collector being able match up despite being a child is honestly impressive

I feel like Bill’s skills of manipulation would easily win the fight. The Collector is a kid, but he has the mentality of Mable compared to Dipper or even Gideon. All Bill needs to do is convince Collector with something they want, and Bill could easily warp his deal to fit his needs. And the Collector has been tricked by Belos twice, and King with his “Owl House” game.
Collector wants a friend. Bill can offer to be a friend. Just shake his hand, and a deal is made.
Honestly, I'd say Bill Cipher because although both beings are powerful, the Collector is a child who just wants friends he can trust after thousands and thousands of years being betrayed. Bill Cipher is a being who wants nothing but power and that's what makes him not only powerful than the Collector but also a scary and hilarious villain.
Bill Cipher at full power was shown to be more powerful than the Collector at full power. Even while both were suppressed, Bill was still able to do more than the Collector.

@@sychuan3729"he hasn't done anything cool" with a whim he could've destroyed that entire universe easily, the weirdness barrier stopped him from doing anything else. remember when he was doing the bit where he drew a smiley face on Earth? he would've been able to without that, and easily much more. he burned his own dimension, and his only weakness besides the barrier is his arrogance. adding on, he created a pocket universe without having to exert much force. for more, he one-shotted Time Baby who was an avatar of time who has the ability to grant ANY WISH. He's also shown extreme intelligence surpassing Ford. Mind that Ford is implied to have worked with Rick Sanchez, and to have even a fraction of that intelligence is astounding. The whole point of Bill is that he defies everything, so not much works against him.

This “just a demon” you’re talking about is a inter dimensional demon that legitimately took over the Nightmare Realm that resides beyond space and time, because of the fact that it connects to all of the dimensions. Not only that, but The Collector showed no threat to the universe, while Bill did possessed a entire threat to the WIDER multiverse as said in the journals.
Plus he has better abilities than The Collector. Tell me otherwise how The collector would counter against reality warping abilities that can alter the universe and reality itself. Bill also withstood a gun that was supposed to turn him into nothingness, which The Collector would barely penetrate through his durability, especially with Size manipulation that Bill possesses as well. Bill cannot also thusly be traditionally killed.

Was the collector a threat only on the boiling islands, or could it be the case that boredom decides to go to Earth and force humans to play too?
If anything, The Collector could possibly have been at his weakest at the Boiling Isles because of the titan magic. If he went to Earth, where there is no titan magic, he would most likely be able to make everyone on Earth a puppet in maybe a week, a couple days maximum.

He could absolutely destroy Earth if he wished to, but since we don't know the pure scale of the world the Boiling Isles is in, I don't really think it's possible to say that world would be destroyed. He could slam the moon into the world causing mass damage, but I'm not sure that would destroy it. But that's kinda negligible since he could easily turn everyone into a puppet very quickly, so his raw power can kinda be ignored.
He's a stupidly powerful character who could absolutely wreak havoc without breaking a sweat, just maybe not to the extreme Bill can, but he could definitely give him a run for his money.
in the journals it says that bill is a threat to the multiverse, and he has a huge range of abilities. i think that he wins a lot more easily than this video says, especially since the collector has way more limits than bill, he cant just do literally anything and his fire power is weaker

more of the reasons I hoped The Owl House dug dipper on The Archivists & Collector lore because The Collector is just a kid and his siblings seemed to be way more powerful than him on a more Cosmic level since they watch over Creation & Collect things through space (they don't specify what), and they got rid of all the Titans which were powerful too but apparently no match more grown & experienced Archivists
Bill would win anyway but I reckon The Collector could put somewhat of a fight, they would at least surprise Bill which I think means something

@@Gamer_G33k that's not true either, because when belos virus git on him he was weakened, and the argument that it was because he was controlling the titan isn't valid because it was the body of belos that hit the collector. Not only so, bill is not weak to unicorn hair but the spell as it's anti weirdness, even then it can't hurt him but more or less just block him. In which again the collector showed no resemblance to having, the collectors powers of reality alone are minuscule compared to bill and like a daydream compared to the nightmare bill creates. Even then dimensional wise the collector has shown powers that at max can be argued to be planetary and maybe universal if he grew up while bill is argued to be multiversal at least.

Bill literally one shots the collector, the archivists and the all at once
I think collector would win for a few reasons.
1. Bill actually doesn’t have more destructive power since we see that collector moved the moon and it wasn’t from a hypothetical so bill’s planet eating feat isn’t really a reliable feat plus if collector can move the moon like you swipe through your phone than I am pretty sure he can destroy a planet.
2. Bill has been shown to be really hurt by spray paint and having a town level at best mech attack you.
3. Bill struggled to catch up to children when he was chasing dipper and Mabel after they escaped their cage.
4. Bill was stated to possibly be able to destroy reality because of his weirdmaggedon and not because his powers.
Him destroying time baby isn’t really a good feat since time baby doesn’t actually show any durability feats.
So that would put bill at being more frail and not having and reliable strength feats other than city to maybe planetary if you count the hypothetical after he escaped gravity falls and seeming to be pretty slow since he got out paced by children and he seems pretty frail since he gets hurt by spray paint.
Collector could probably do enough damage to knock him out at least.
You have to remember, the collector is weak to titan magic, but Bill is a “being of pure energy with no weaknesses” according to him in Sock Opera.
I never realized how similar Bill and the Collector’s actions after gaining physical forms were. Spreading chaos around the area, having flying eyeballs/stars turning people to stone/puppets, wanting to have fun.
I feel like neither could win. The collector can only be harmed by titan magic, while bill has a very specific death.
Even though they're friends as of now, I would to see a match between Luz and Hunter. (Besides, we can just say the reason they're fighting is so Hunter can test out Flapjacks magic and see if he has the rest of Flapjacks arsenal at his disposal lol).
Make it a death battle
Bill can actually be very easily defeated. When people talk about how to defeat Bill they always fail to mention the laser gun Ford tried to use in episode 1 of the Weirdmageddon arc. If he had hit Bill instead of his hat like he did, the show would've ended then and there.
Also Titan bones are incredibly strong. The fact that the Collector was able to destroy its skull so easily in the S2 finale is insanely impressive
It was also said that it would have only shot him back to the Nightmare realm, not killing him.

Since Bill’s only tether to the real world is his physical form, which is made of material that can be relatively easy to destroy, he can be quite easily defeated if Bill gets caught off guard or is even a little cocky. As a fan of this matchup and planning on doing it for my own vs show box battle, i was very happy to see somebody else talk about it but I do believe that the result has more to what it seems, (Spoilers ahead)
So while you said physical stats were irrelevant I do believe there’s something that you didn’t mention, in gravity falls before bill captures ford he was hit by a gun that ford said could destroy him but destroying him at the subatomic level, he did miss this but in the collectors first appearance he was able to manipulate belos’s finger meaning he can control a persons body, and he then easily killed him by splattering him into a fine paste which would be just enough to get the same effect as the gun ford used
Next the powers you talked about are while good i feel like you aren’t giving much credit, collector has other powers that actually have a different level of power themselves, in his game with Luz king and Eda collector created multiple different pocket dimensions which he then replaced with new ones implying he’s able to destroy a universe especially one he creates,
Now too be fair it’s hard to say wether or not he has a universal potential by snapping his fingers is debatable as we never get to see the true size of his dimensions but we do see him able to destroy them atleast
My final point would be their characters, bill is a very smart guy yes but he’s just as equally cocky remember when he saw dipper on the ground and had ford in his hands he allowed bill a chance to attack him, given the nature and looks of the collector and the lack of knowledge on his part its likely he’d do the same now compare that to collector who in situations when he needs to fight he’s shown to instantly try and turn them into puppets and the moon crescents he used are very fast much faster then dipper meaning bill likely might not have much time to react to them
In the end Im sure collector should win not taking into account their power however I still have no bias these two characters are very special I just think some things you got wrong but either way it’s a very good video

A important thing to consider here isnt even really power but just the fact the Collector is just a child, they are a powerful child but still a child. Bill is very intelligent and a master manipulator even more so then Belos who despite being so much weaker then the Collector tricked him multiple times.
Though that also shows one thing... the Collector is This powerful while only being a Child. The Archivists who are shows to be a lot bigger then the Collector are almost definitely older versions of their species and they wiped out a entire race of god-like beings with power super effective against all of the power they had yet they still won with only 1 titan still alive.
So while the Collector would in their current state almost definitely lose just because of their child like mind alone I would 100% say they could take Bill when Older.
The collector has the ability to travel between realities and dimensions just on a dime as shown with how they made a second portal door while Bill with all their power never was able to directly cross between the Second to the Third Dimension and needed a premade link to do so and even then they never was able to bypass the power of Weirdness Trapping the very land for some reason had.
The collector only struggled against the presumambly strongest Titans Power and only after being partially hit by a attack they could have easily avoided had they tried so they wouldnt have gotten infected by Belos Titan Moss/Goo and afterwards tried more ranged combat and less direct magical blast but more summoning/reshaping objects.
Bill while powerful is seen having struggles they even with all their power cant bypass and the Collector struggles with things mostly just for the fact they are a child and inexperienced/naive.
although i do agree with you, i think this is an unfair fight. bill is openly malicious and is extremely experienced in manipulation and destruction. on the other hand, the collector is literally an eight year old (in terms of his species) and their main goal is to make friends. the collector could probably do much more damage than he already did if he was older and more experienced, especially since he's pretty much free to go wherever he pleases.
if bill and the collector shared the same goal and experience, then it *would* be a very difficult fight.
Now I just want to see a Death Battle fight between Bill Cipher and The Collector. 2 of the most powerful beings on Disney in the ring would be great.

While Bill can Control space and time, we still know that the collector can also warp/programm reality to build and destroy, and his pocket dimensions would be outside the control of bill. While the only other collector seen trapped the owlbeast and wasnt that dangerous, their entire point is that they dont interfere, but if they do they are seen as gods. The point is, that the collector can teleport and warp reality while bill can only inflict his will locally and only after a while on a universe length scale. With the knowledge on how to be trapped and freed by titans, the collector could find out about bills weaknesses and hide in other realmas indefinately, dragging out the battle until bill can travel there with his projection abilities

You forgot about stanford's gun he was confident could defeat bill as well. Only thing is we have no idea as for the mindscape in episode 3 we know that he can summon a puppet and make it go into the mind area which luz felt was very real. This video’s conclusion sounds very accurate. Though, I would love to hear your thoughts on how Bill would handle Titans or adult Collectors such as the Archivists, which may or may not include the Grand Huntsman and the Owl Beast’s sealer. I think Bill beats our kid Collector fairly easily, especially with the intelligence gap.
However, I think Bill stops at Titans and adult Collectors, either matching or losing to them. The Boiling Isles Titan locked our Collector away, but presumably died at the hands of the Archivists. All the other Titans, baby or adult, were wiped out by the Archivists. Considering Titan magic nullifies Collector magic, it could be speculated that the Archivists pulled off manipulation on a grand scale in order to exterminate the race. Plus, they seem to have the power to wipe out the entire Demon Realm, whereas child Collector only warped the Boiling Isles.
Not to mention that the Titans could have various abilities upscaled from Boiling Isles magic, the flora and fauna spawned from their corpses, and the time pools and interdimensional portals created from their blood.

Sometimes you have to think what would happen in a real battle tho. For example they’re egos/ personalities. Bill could obviously see the collected as another person to trick into helping him with something and him being all knowing too could help. Like he could pick up that the collected is childish and wants to play games and make friends and then bill could trick him and in return he can play. So I think instead of them fighting, the collected would just like join alliances with him and like just lose but not in a fighting manner.

Bill and the Collector, they both demonstrate reality manipulation, mind control, and other abilities worthy of a deity, so for me the two are tied, and the excuse that bill is trapped in Gravity Falls does not work, since the power will be the same inside or outside the barrier, since it only prevents him from leaving, the collector is just a little childish but not stupid.
I particularly think that the two are even, the Collector's species seems to be the type that "consumes" everything, the fact that the Collector moved the moon was only an act of thankness to the King who freed him, he has no interest in destroying or causing chaos, as much as he ends up causing thanks to his distorted view of fun. Not to mention that Bill destroyed his universe in the second dimension, that is, he should already be physically inferior to the beings of the third dimension, so much so that he always attacked through people's minds, gaining the power of the third dimension only after the fissure was broken, that is, as much as much of his power is intuitive, he does not have as much experience as the Collector in the third, not to mention that nothing prevents the Collector from invoking unicorn hair to protect himself and even attack Bill, unless Bill manages to create one titan to side with him in battle, and even then the Collector would already be better prepared against a titan, as he already faced one. Just my opinion.

While i do agree with Bill winning, i feel like the main reason Collector loses is because of his child-like naivety and mindset. While its not directly focused on, the collector was made out before his release and during his release to be essentially a type of god. And at he end of S2, he probably couldve wiped all of the boiling isles out of existence with ease except he wanted to play Owl House, instead. And it was never stated that Bill was an immortal being, all we know is that he is insanely difficult to defeat, near imposble even, for any mortals of the third dimension (i.e. the Gravity Fals Cast). We dont know if he could be killed in a traditional manner if itsby a being from a similar level of existence. I would definitely say Collector has more potential, but with his childish personality, him being extremely young of the archivists, and lacking in any real combat skills, Bill walks away with the win. Tbags just my viewpoint tho.

Okay... I'm on the fence here. I would LOVE for the collector to win. he might, but probably not...
But I say that's because of two things... morality, and desire. The collector did not want to hurt or kill anyone! he just wanted friends. so we have no idea what he would have done if he wanted bloody murder. Plus, He was probably at a slight disadvantage because he was on a literal titan. that made up an island made of titan magic. he might have been weakened that way. And, he's just a child. Imagine what he could do if he was older. Imagine what the archivists could do! So I would absolutely love for the collector to win, but unless he REALLY wants to KILL Bill Cypher, he might have a lower chance of winning.
Love to see a crossover and throw in "Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil" as well. Imagine how awesome it would be for Star to see how the destruction of magic affected the Boiling Isles and have her deal with it. Maybe Hekapoo could survive and reveal the magic could be brought back if three sets of lovers performed a ritual like the one attempted in the last episode of "Gravity Falls". We all know who those three couples would be.
Bill is centuries older than the collector and had more time to use there power so that already gives them a big advantage. And you never know maybe the collector becomes insanely powerful after they leave as if it was close in the state that we are assuming as the more childish version of themself imagine there power when he matures.
Let's put it into perspective here.
Pinning The Collector against Bill Cipher is like sending Hawkeye to take care of Thanos.
1) Bill Cipher poses a threat to the multiverse and is able to destroy it
2) Gravity Falls has string theory and quantum mechanics. And as we know, starting with 5D, the creature begins to see the future and ending with 9D, the creature sees an infinite number of future options (this is what Bill has), that is, he is already 9D, that is, he is already demolishing the collector's version
3) we are comparing Bill's physical form, not the true form. That is, its true form is 1-B, and maybe 1-A at the peak. By the way, he sees our universe as a hologram and creates galaxies for his friends
We do need to take into consideration that the Collector is a child. If we're talking just the Collector or any Archivist, I think the Archivists would have a fair chance. The Collector is to the Archivists as King is to the Titans. For three years, the most King could do was scream real loud and get really fluffy when his sister died and the world was about to end. The Collector could _move the moon_ with no visible effort, not to mention essentially taking all the residents of the Boiling Isles hostage via magic. We've no idea how powerful they could get in time.

Bill also didnt even die when stanford used the memory eraser gun on stanley, in the cypher statue hunt, One of the rewards for finding the statue was an early version of journal 3, the last page was a drawing of stan and the other main characters, but under blacklight bill is beside stand saying " stay Aware! ", and also because stanley could remember even though when he was supposedly " memory erased " that could mean bill could be back too, so im not sure the collector can beat bill..
