Great video, thanks! A quick note on why to adjust it hotter or cooler would be great. Mine is popping, but the kernels don't seem to be all the way open and they don't pop very hard. Should that then be turned hotter or cooler?
Thanks, just what I needed to know. It came from the store brand new and wont pop all the kernals. I am thinking trying this to see if it works by turning it up. Hope it works, but I think it will, and thanks again!
Question: I took the kettle apart, cleaned alot of butter residue, turned the screw a quarter, I can only get the first batch to pop. Why is This? It gets too Smokey when that one pops, I refill it and just seems like it doesn't get hot enough? Thanks in advance

I used the machine only three times and after fourth time it only pop small quantities ,now the machine doesn't want to heat up.
How can I order it in Amazon,? I look for it and can't find it! Please
