My Grandad took me to the laundromat every once to a while to see the machines. I still love the smell of bleach and laundry detergent...
This is a common thing, some mothers who have lost their newborns will have these dolls to help with grief. But when left in cars, people mistaken for a baby and smash those windows.
Those 2 guys obsessed with home appliances, especially the machine, absolutely amazing. They are not only collecting but use it, they appreciate their functionality too. They do their regular jobs and then give time for their collections hobby. Wish I had this obsession too!
That's the problem. People look at those old machines as antiquated and really believe modern is better. NOTHING today has half the quality as every machine in that room has.
The difference between collecting and hoarding is that collectors know what they have, where it is, and how to work on it. Hoarders want things that do not necessarily work and do not know which items they have.
Lynn, the doll lady, has been selling dolls on eBay for years. They never mentioned this. I was once part of that doll community, so I remember her well. Her dolls were pretty expensive for their time and she had a lot of them to sell. She was right about one thing... the doll community is indeed cut throat. That is part of why I am no longer a part of it.

Start a business: drop your clothes off, he washes them perfectly, (need your jeans softened? He’s got the washer for you) charges $50 - make his passion his job
You gotta love their appreciation for older models ! Its nice that old machines are given a home where they are repaired and appreciated rather than discarded in a junk yard!
Also you gotta love their sign "man working on machine" !!
Guy: Hey mom can I get some Ice Cream?
Mom: oh yea sure
Guy in his head: are you crazy, I’m obviously gonna go to the washing machine
Wow the couple at the beginning have such a lovely collection! I wish they had a museum because I would definitely love to check out all the beautiful antique appliances.
in the most positive way, Fred and Robert are such great proof there's someone for everyone! How awesome they found each other and encouraged each other's interests!
They're not together anymore.
At least they're passionate about something. Whereas, I lack interest in most of the stuff I do in my daily life.
Ikr? I totally don’t get it, but the fact that they have such drive about something without it seeming to take away from their lives is admirable.
At least it’s not a drug obsession? By any means keep collecting those washers 🤙🏽
I was obsessed with washing machines when I was little. My Grandma had a 1957 or '58 Lady Kenmore. A stainless steel tub with the purple light, had only the sound that L.K. makes, and filling it up made my heart beat faster. My Grandad took me to the laundromat every once to a while to see the machines. I still love the smell of bleach and laundry detergent...
Yo imagine if she leaves one of those dolls in the car in the hot heat and someone breaks her car just to find out that it was a doll 😂
It happens. I once saw a news article of the same thing.
The Magnolia Project oh my god that crazy 😂
This is a common thing, some mothers who have lost their newborns will have these dolls to help with grief. But when left in cars, people mistaken for a baby and smash those windows.

The first guys house is like wow, so colorful & playful like 😭😭
I absolutely love this collection and the fact it's so aesthetically displayed and organized and it's functional!
When they pulled the real baby out of the stroller I was like OMG THAT ONES MOVING and then I realized it was a real kid 😂
🤣
With the washing machines all u need is popcorn and wine. Hell I'd be entertained for hours.
Same !
Right and I’d so wanna join the clothes washing get togethers
Those 2 guys obsessed with home appliances, especially the machine, absolutely amazing. They are not only collecting but use it, they appreciate their functionality too. They do their regular jobs and then give time for their collections hobby. Wish I had this obsession too!
How stupid to sale a 1950's antique washer for $125?🙄🙄🤦🏽♀️😂
P M less stupid than your grammar
Theres not a big market for them thou, how many people want one lol although they are cool
P M I’m amazed it still works tbh. I wonder what they think of vintage cars?
P M i didn’t mean to dislike your comment lol I was scrolling it it hit the thumbs down button I’m sorry lol
mlspro23 Don’t be such an asshole,English might not be there first language
The doll lady makes me sad. It's so obvious there is something missing in her life and she thinks dolls are the answer.
Yeah it would be scary living with her and meeting her
I adore them! I love that they found each other and enjoy collecting together.
They are sadly divorced now
@@mucklamiu175what,why???
@@jordanasrukas4880 don’t know why, but it’s been a while and thought it’s so sad!
1:39 “It makes him happy so it makes me happy.”
Awwwww!!! So precious!
Some of those washing machines are lit I’ll give him that
Def
Robert & Fred could not be more perfect for one another.
That's a good business venture. Retro appliances are a big fad these days.
Omg. The people who sold them the washer were crazy. ONLY 10 KNOWN IN EXISTENCE. I would have charged them like 1000
Haha right
They must've not known how rare that machine is lol
Hell they’d probably pay far more than $1000
That's the problem. People look at those old machines as antiquated and really believe modern is better.
NOTHING today has half the quality as every machine in that room has.
The boyfriend looked right at him when they said $125 like “omg fools yes, wash party now !”
The difference between collecting and hoarding is that collectors know what they have, where it is, and how to work on it. Hoarders want things that do not necessarily work and do not know which items they have.
"She even likes to cook for them"
Her: *pulls out a baby from the oven*
Me: *what the fu-*
Omg 😱😱 the gay couples house is SOO CUTE omg 💕💕
The doll women
Narrator: “And cooks for them”
No one:
Me: “No she cooks 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺”
“His name is BJ, and he’s got drool on the side”
EXCUSE ME WHAT NOOOO
Swedish Ducks I was thinking the same thing 😭
I don’t understand the joke can someone pls explain
Ava Aboagye Blow Job and the drool would be “spunk”
@@tavisferguson8490
Um, sorry but what is a "spunk"?
Lisa Hoang semen. I was trying to be less crude
They should make there house into a museum and charge a fee for people to come see there appliances
YOUNG LEGEND yess!! That would be so cool!
Let’s be honest, not many people would visit
*their
Okay, the washing machines are lowkey pretty neat! It’s a cute obsession tbh. And the doll obsession... she has soooo much talent! It’s amazing!
Considering all the stuff that could be on this show, I'm really happy to see the gay retro appliance couple.
Fred and Robert's obsession is the best I have seen. I love vintage and their house looks so cool. I would be knocking on their door to do my laundry!
The washing machine couple is so darn cute!!!🥰I love them both and think their obsession is so cool. They also have such a nice house. I say.. Collect on!!!
I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I absolutely love the couple with the retro appliances obsession. They’re house is so beautiful like wow. Also, the fact that they both share this unique obsession is so cute! 🥰
LivinglikeSteph thats what I was thinking!!!
