Yeah, I know what you mean. It’s actually like a Christmas Tree museum. Not only that, it is also very apparent that she has an artistic talent when it comes to decorating fake fur 🌲 trees 🌳, considering that each tree has very much a theme, which is different.
That's a good idea, but if the trees are an emotional memory or representation of love she has for her family, I can see her pull out a can of whip tail on someone for touching or rearranging one of her precious trees😂😂😂😂
The craziest thing to me is that she only keeps them up 3 weeks a year. With all the work she puts into them and the joy she gets from it I would keep them up a little longer
Also, it is more than 3 weeks. She starts the first weekend in October so some are up 3 months. The complete display is only 3 weeks but then the husband said they pay no heating bills in December and January (????) so maybe the trees are up through January.
I love that her daughter looks like a younger version of her. And when she said, "it has over 3,000 twinkle lights on it", and her mother corrects her whilst she's decorating another tree, "2,100". Then her daughter says, "and it takes 7 or 8 hours to put up", and mom again says "12 hours". They seem like a fun family to be friends with.
This is not crazy. She is surrounded by what she loves and I imagine that when someone walks in it feels magical. And it’s temporary. Everyone should have a passion like this. It’s sweet.

My husband does the same. He asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I told him more Christmas decorations. He actually did get them. Then the day after Christmas, if I'm working, I send him out with a list of everything he has to snag early in the morn next year. My husband calls me "piggy". This year I found an inflatable Christmas pig at Tractor Supply. Was at work and told my husband to go get it. He got it. A decoration I been seeing for two years but never got but had been harping over was a Christmas train that goes inside the tree in mid-air. My husband got it for me this year. Then what I do with Christmas presents is turn them into bridges for the train to go under. He seriously has spent more on Christmas decorations than presents. I have a climbing Santa that sings going up the tree. We have a whole bunch of food and treats. It's more of all that then actual presents. Then we're a family who's never through with Christmas shopping because we save the main event a week before Christmas on a weekday just to go out and see all the decorated stores and people. We also "go out" just to look at Christmas lights too. So I'm glad my husband likes doing Christmas, cause I'm big on Christmas. Her house is literally filled with Christmas trees, I’m surprised there’s still room to walk. It’s not that she “loves Christmas too much”, because that aspect is very wholesome, but it’s the fact that she thinks this is how a normal household is. Imagine having to live with 168 Christmas trees in your house, all the way through December-January, 24/7. I’m sure you wouldn’t enjoy it very much. This might not be a problem for people living in massive mansions, because they actually have the room for it, but in a normal one-story house, it becomes a health hazard, especially with that small of a space. (It’s a health hazard because of all the radiation and heat emitting from the Christmas lights. They even said that they don’t need to use their heating unit because the Christmas lights do the job for it.)

She is living my dream! I've always said if I had the money and the space this is exactly what my apartment would look like! Christmas trees and decorations are so cheerful and cozy and it really creates a magical energy full of warmth and love!
Bro same hair cut and all. It’s like her daughter wanted to look just like her mom. Which is nice, because she must think her mother is beautiful ❤️ which she is
I don’t care what anyone including her daughter says it’s overwhelming and that it’s insane, I think it’s sooo beautiful!! I have never felt so whimsically enchanted and deeply touched by its majesty and it’s beauty all around. This woman sounds like my kind of lady but in a good way. 😊😊
Ok, so I watch hoarders. This woman is a hoarder; she forms an emotional attachment to the objects/collection that sublimates feelings of love. It replaces and represents the love of her family. She even realizes this and says it. It's very handy for her family that her hoarding is a seasonal thing. That's the first time I've seen that, actually. And I will say it is the prettiest hoard I've seen, as well. I hope people come around to visit it and appreciate the Christmas trees. And that she makes up with her siblings. That might help if her husband and daughter decide it's time to pare down the collection.
She’s not. She has a special connection to christmas because like she explained, when she was growing up they didnt have much, but she kept all the memories and now, every year she likes to go full party house for 3 weeks. Its something thats dear to her heart. And hoarding its like everyday thing, not a every christmas. She probably have some kind of emotional desorder but thats about it.
She's not a hoarder, because she *can* remove those trees and decorations for the rest of the year. A hoarder could *never* do that. And her life isn't suffering from having those trees, she doesn't need to sleep on the floor or can't cook etc because of them. She's not trying to hide her house either from people to see it - she's not embarrassed about anything! And she doesn't have any problems being categorized and organized - quite the opposite! So she doesn't fit the bill to be an actual *hoarder* - she's definitely a full-blown collector, though!
They are all so freaking pretty . I’m a Christmas fanatic myself I was even listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas movies today .I understand how she feels that’s how I feel to put up all those trees but I got toddlers lol
How is this insane or weird? I think it's wonderful. Yeah she would be annoying to decorate with, but she should go to city hall and plan a winter wonderland event for the kiddies.
What lol just because she decorated her own home doesn't mean that she will be charitable this is only for her own selfish self I haven't heard her say one thing about decorating for anyone but herself. I have too many note pads that I haven't used yet I could give them away. How wonderful. You see this bizarre potential that she has of being charitable but unfortunately you pulled it out of the air. The fact that she doesn't do what you suggested makes her not wonderful but weird.
I really hope she gets in touch with her siblings. The way those tears just filled her eyes.... If any of her siblings are reading this comment please make it a point to reach out to her because I can tell that she misses you with all of her heart and you just might be able to help her overcome this 🥰🥰🥰🥰 God bless you and I hope you have a good day 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This woman is absolutely sweet and harmless, and you can tell she's had her fair share of challenges in life. Like all of us, she’s found a hobby that helps her heal and stay occupied. For some, it's cars, sports, makeup, food, or even the occasional drink-but for her, it’s Christmas! 🎄✨ And let me tell you, she’s living her best life! She’s practically a walking holiday cheer machine, and I’m here for it! You go, girlfriend! Honestly, this whole vibe is so contagious, it makes me happy just knowing she’s happy. Her husband and her daughter-who, by the way, looks like her twin but aged up 20 years (uncanny!)-are rockstars for supporting her holiday spirit. Cheers to her for decking the halls and spreading joy 24/7. Love this family and their festive energy! ❤
I hope they didn’t try to “cure” her. Her husband and daughter don’t seem to mind and what is it harming? If it was year round that may be a little odd.
Mommy Peapie I only see two issues. One, if the lights are that hot that they make the house stay at 82 then that's a fire hazard. Second, she should compromise with her husband on where trees should and should not be.
I like it. I have not had a tree since my mom passed away 25 years I am gonna get a tree this year. She inspired me. I hink my dog want a tree with treats on it....i like how she knowledged that she is insane merry Xmas e1
5:30 Her parents passed away and she lost touch with her siblings. So she’s using the trees as a way to fill that void. Now I understand where this obsession with Christmas trees comes from. That’s so heartbreaking.
Atleast she knows she’s supplementing the trees for her love and care for her siblings. It’s kind of a beautiful way to show she cares for her family and her memories. Very sweet.
This is actually sad. She's doing this because something clicked in her brain when her parents died that that's what they liked so she is taking it to the extreme. Just like people that hoard, there's always an emotional reason as to why they do it. I hope she gets help for it because it's obviously a form of hoarding and will spiral and spiral out of control and her depression is never going to really fix itself. She gets joy only 3 weeks a year from the trees and then they disappear and I imagine so does her happiness.
Princess Jitterbug I agree, this is her coping mechanism. I read a story of a man who was addicted to a star wars movie bc he and his mum saw it when it first came out. His mother died the same evening from a heart attack so he started watching the movie daily. When that wasn't enough his did his entire home in star wars. He said he felt more connected to his mom that way
When i was younger I lost my mom to cancer.....she was almost into remission..but her kidneys failed.. It was sudden n very tragic for me and my siblings (we were very fortunate because we had the best mom but life was tough afterwards)...my dad was present..but i was emotionally stuck for awhile..and i started sleeping in the sweater she last saw me in..and i cuddled with her sweaters... it is very sad to be emotionally stuck..its a temporary system used to self soothe..and can be a living nightmare in some sense honestly..im older now and have worked hard to heal past the hurt/trauma/loss..but some of it lingers some grief its still there....i still cant part with her sweaters or the one she last saw me in (i keep them in a storage container and luckily my husband understands that sometimes i just neef to look at them when im missing her, cry a bit, pray and then move forward w life) its hard to explain the affinity to tangible objects that remind or comfort a person....i guess to some degree many humans cope this way (i dunno) So just pray you never ever experience anything so tragic in life that you become emotionally stuck..or find yourself clinging to objects that soothe you etc.. it can happen to the best of us unfortunately. Peace & Blessings Nikki
NIKKI STAHR I’m sorry you lost your mom. I think the coping mechanisms are normal and completely understandable. I would hold onto the sweaters as well. It’s not hurting you or anyone else. Sending you lots of love and compassion. ♥️

Sweet that she kept her dad’s Christmas tree.
She is living my dream! I've always said if I had the money and the space this is exactly what my apartment would look like! Christmas trees and decorations are so cheerful and cozy and it really creates a magical energy full of warmth and love!
It may seem excessive, but she is probably, alot of fun and is filled with holiday cheer😂😂
I love how her daughter looks exactly like her
I thought they were sisters until they said shes her daughter
Bro same hair cut and all. It’s like her daughter wanted to look just like her mom. Which is nice, because she must think her mother is beautiful ❤️ which she is
Ikr lol
I can't get over matching mother daughter hairstyles. I don't believe she's a hairdresser
Right .. really not a good look
Stoner Winchester if I had a beautiful mother like her, I’d copy her style too...
I know she didn’t give her daughter that mushroom cap hair omg
Christian Avery LMAO!!😂😂😂😂 JerrySueB
Christian Avery jealous... they both have beautiful, thick hair.
i love how she rescued a tree and gave it a forever home lmaoooo
Imagine this women as a first lady decorating the white house? She will definitely have plenty of space for trees.😂😂😂😂
They should ask her to get ahold of it this Christmas 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ok, so I watch hoarders. This woman is a hoarder; she forms an emotional attachment to the objects/collection that sublimates feelings of love. It replaces and represents the love of her family. She even realizes this and says it. It's very handy for her family that her hoarding is a seasonal thing. That's the first time I've seen that, actually. And I will say it is the prettiest hoard I've seen, as well. I hope people come around to visit it and appreciate the Christmas trees. And that she makes up with her siblings. That might help if her husband and daughter decide it's time to pare down the collection.
Hoarding isn't a seasonal disorder. And I doubt you have any credentials, whatsoever, necessary to diagnose this woman.
So you watched hoarders and it made you a psychologist...... Who needs college right?
She's not a hoarder, because she *can* remove those trees and decorations for the rest of the year. A hoarder could *never* do that. And her life isn't suffering from having those trees, she doesn't need to sleep on the floor or can't cook etc because of them. She's not trying to hide her house either from people to see it - she's not embarrassed about anything! And she doesn't have any problems being categorized and organized - quite the opposite! So she doesn't fit the bill to be an actual *hoarder* - she's definitely a full-blown collector, though!
"Ok, so I watch hoarders."
-goes on to literally diagnose someone with a mental disorder with this justification.
Cool
Her father’s tree is so beautiful. I hope she is still putting up her trees. God bless her and her family.
Her side corrections tho lmaoo "Twenty One Hundred"......."12 Hours"..... "Never gonna Happen!"😒😒
JDSJ SleyDris it was funny and cute to me lol. She likes what she likes
I can actually see myself doing this in the future. When it comes to Christmas decorations, THERE’S NEVER TOO MUCH😌
Honestly this isn’t that bad looking 💁🏽♀️I was expecting like a hoarder type setting but it’s very pretty 🤩
They are all so freaking pretty . I’m a Christmas fanatic myself I was even listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas movies today .I understand how she feels that’s how I feel to put up all those trees but I got toddlers lol
Poor husband he's very nice an patient with his wife
Wow.. Both of you just nasty for free. If you listened, SHE WARNED him from the very get go. So he did NOT go into the marriage blindfolded..
Eve Md that's what i'm saying lol
hey, at least she's not on the street smoking crack. I don't find this weird..
Emily Loza or smoking ginger 😂 😂
How is this insane or weird? I think it's wonderful. Yeah she would be annoying to decorate with, but she should go to city hall and plan a winter wonderland event for the kiddies.
This is insane, there's nothing normal about this obsessive behavior but it's fine because she isn't hurting anyone and it's still a healthy obsession
It’s beautiful
I think it would be great if she did it outside too so that neighbors could appreciate the beauty.
@@MaxItUpwithMarta you mean realize she's a hoarder, this is a mental illness.
The mom and daughter talking about the tree felt like the opening of a Christmas movie. I love them!!
That electricity bill tho...
Yikes 💀
Jack Is Back its battery operated idiot 💀
Splits Journey
Video literally said her electricity bill doubled, even when she completely shut down her heater(s) 💀
OMG can you imagine their light bill?
Thanks, was looking for this comment hahah
I am a lesbian
They turn off there ace and make it hot just so that way they can light up the trees
It's a hobby...I don't think it's crazy at all, not to mention she also managed her house clean. I think she's talented
I really hope she gets in touch with her siblings.
The way those tears just filled her eyes....
If any of her siblings are reading this comment please make it a point to reach out to her
because I can tell that she misses you with all of her heart
and you just might be able to help her overcome this 🥰🥰🥰🥰
God bless you and I hope you have a good day 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
"Just cause they're made of plastic doesn't mean they stop growing" definition of the kardashians
Bahahahaha!
Exactly
Best comment ever! Gawd I'm sick of them always in the news... Ok so you Dad was a lawyer that got OJ off and Kim made a porno SO WHAT!!!! We don't friggin care! Go away already. They bring nothing positive to our society! Rant over. Sorry.

I'm dead 😂😂😂😂😂😂
The daughter is straight outta the nineties LMAO
She looks like Kevin Mcallister's mom haha
That's how they look in Tulsa lolll
She looks like faith hill if she had a short cut.
Hayley Harrison 😂😂😂😂
I really thought I was watching an old tv documentary..
They need to make sure that they stay safe. I wonder how many extension cords do they use for this?
Joe T omg I never thought about that
Right ? I didn’t see one extension cord they hide them well
thats fine as long as they arent all daisy chained from one outlet
I oddly would love to live here during Christmas… there’s something so warm and comforting about this entire thing… I think I’m crazy.
I think so too. It's not crazy at all :)
Maybe she's trying to get the feelings back that she had when her whole family would celebrate Christmas together?
Rhiannon Khoury thats what it is. 😞
I bet if her brothers/sisters would all come together and give her what she's missing, all those fucking trees would go in the garbage.
@@LifeOfTheParty323 no don’t be an ass hole
Being someone who collects vintage Christmas and trees. I totally get what shes doing. I would love to go decoration shopping with her! :D

*Legend Says That She Is Still Putting Up More Trees*
Really?
😂😂😂
@@Azura201 I mean she probably does she never said she didn't compromise with her husband about it
I like it. I have not had a tree since my mom passed away 25 years I am gonna get a tree this year. She inspired me. I hink my dog want a tree with treats on it....i like how she knowledged that she is insane merry Xmas e1
Maureen v you should get one your doggy would love it
I’m so sorry to hear about your mama. I hope you ended up getting a Christmas tree🎄♥️
I think u should do it. Happy holidays 😉
Your mom is in a safe happy place☺️🥰💝
@@alisha2016_ she passed unexpectedly on dec 23. I have hated decoration xmas since then.. This year is on!
The cigarette themed tree at 1:03.........really..... no ones gonna talk about that? Lmao
Krystalyn Grate Ikr I was like wtf
Lol oh my gosh, I missed it and had to go bk. That's hilarious
She forgot to hang lighters lol. That tree is fire hazard lol
sassyvtmom2009 you’re right! Lmao. She remembered the swisher sweets tho.
that’s amazing lmao
I love that she does this every year. I thought I put up a lot of Christmas decor, but she puts me to shame. I love it! ❤️
I thought this was year round decoration. She’s not that insane
She's started decorating now in 2019
Her husband is so sweet. I need a man like that. Some one who will put up with all my crazy.
I know, right? I saw this video, back in December, last year. It's time for Shay to begin the 2019 holiday season. 2019 just flew by.
5:30 Her parents passed away and she lost touch with her siblings. So she’s using the trees as a way to fill that void. Now I understand where this obsession with Christmas trees comes from. That’s so heartbreaking.
I think it's pretty. At least it doesn't happen all year. She's a little weird but she's not hurting anyone.
Lilly -Chan agreed!
I agree too, although her husband's vacation idea does sound nice. I'd love to walk through her home and see all the trees
She’s starting this weekend 😳
Actually A rat lmaoooo right
Actually A rat bro she’s already ready for Christmas 2021

Lol Munira 7 this is why you don’t over decorate for the holidays lol
It's like Sims 2, you put too much stuff in your house and it lights on fire.
🤣🤣
@@munira_adenx9206 are you planning to get pregnant
Amazing lady who made this a family tradition, inherited from her parents. Congratulations to her and her family. It's just so beautiful. 💕
Jesus I read it as *"Woman squeezes 168 christmas trees into every inch of HER"*
Birth Canal
Hahaha
Though I read women squeezes her 168 inches trees into her house, thus was looking half of the tree’s body over the roof of the house 😂
@@HelloWorld-lg1pz more like birch canal ;D (im literally gonna kms)
Same 😂😭 Wtfff
How is she insane, if she's just celebrating one of her favorite holidays. Yea, I mean it's a ton of trees but I mean I might do this in my house.
Obsessions =\= insanity
Besides they dont call them insane
She's not insane, but clearly this is a coping mechanism for psychological trauma.
Atleast she knows she’s supplementing the trees for her love and care for her siblings.
It’s kind of a beautiful way to show she cares for her family and her memories.
Very sweet.
Man if she has any grand kids they’re gonna love it. Great memories I’m sure
If she was truly crazy, she wouldnt be able to say “yeah:) i am insane”
She loves just loves Christmas man, let her have her cheer
This is actually sad. She's doing this because something clicked in her brain when her parents died that that's what they liked so she is taking it to the extreme. Just like people that hoard, there's always an emotional reason as to why they do it. I hope she gets help for it because it's obviously a form of hoarding and will spiral and spiral out of control and her depression is never going to really fix itself. She gets joy only 3 weeks a year from the trees and then they disappear and I imagine so does her happiness.
Princess Jitterbug
I agree, this is her coping mechanism.
It was sudden n very tragic for me and my siblings (we were very fortunate because we had the best mom but life was tough afterwards)...my dad was present..but i was emotionally stuck for awhile..and i started sleeping in the sweater she last saw me in..and i cuddled with her sweaters...
it is very sad to be emotionally stuck..its a temporary system used to self soothe..and can be a living nightmare in some sense honestly..im older now and have worked hard to heal past the hurt/trauma/loss..but some of it lingers some grief its still there....i still cant part with her sweaters or the one she last saw me in (i keep them in a storage container and luckily my husband understands that sometimes i just neef to look at them when im missing her, cry a bit, pray and then move forward w life) its hard to explain the affinity to tangible objects that remind or comfort a person....i guess to some degree many humans cope this way (i dunno)
So just pray you never ever experience anything so tragic in life that you become emotionally stuck..or find yourself clinging to objects that soothe you etc..
it can happen to the best of us unfortunately.
Peace & Blessings
Nikki
If she reconnects with her siblings maybe it will. I don’t think it’s depression, just some form of grief
NIKKI STAHR I’m sorry you lost your mom. I think the coping mechanisms are normal and completely understandable. I would hold onto the sweaters as well. It’s not hurting you or anyone else. Sending you lots of love and compassion. ♥️
my pet turtle died, and i got really depressed and since that day i started collecting turtles, my bed is FILLED with turtle plushies, and everything that has a turtle on it i wanna buy, is that bad ???
Personally I think her house looks amazing with all those decorated trees 🤩 very peaceful and calming.
I love how beautiful and attractive your home is.
You can have as much christmas trees as you wish dear.
They are certainly very gorgeous and you gotta be happy.
I live watching this .
It's inspirations to all those christmas lovers.
I love every bit of time and creativity you put into it.
My neighbor goes all out when decorating for Christmas; her house looks like a Christmas museum. She actually just started decorating last week. As a kid she would invite my siblings and I to visit and look at all of her lights, trees, etc. It made really good memories.
Are we not going to acknowledge the cigarette tree? 🤣🤣🤣
What about the gold butt plug ornament right after the Santa trees
