I think the p226 and P228 were already being used, but theres only so many i guess and theres nothing wrong with the Browning. My mate said they took the P226 and Browning out for a days shooting, both clean, at the end of the day the sig was noticeably dirtier@JB-td9fz

The elite FBI HRT used Hi Power 9mm guns. Karl Sokal of VT was a highly respected Hi Power gunsmith. He passed away. ⚰️. FN America & S-A have new 2020s era Hi Powers.

Their really seems to be a difference in the psychological make up of a soldiers pre-Vietnam vs post Vietnam. A lot of those men wouldn’t talk about the things they’ve done or the people they’ve killed. It seemed like the men fighting in modern wars, get off on the killing, and bragging about it.
