first time I did it took me 4hrs all in and you certainly don't need to empty and disconnect the AC lines, And dont forget once you are there to clean and widen/cut open the water drain funnel under the evaporator as it tends to crimp and block the drain

Still not clear where the fuse for the heater blower is though. I checked a few schematics online. The panel he is pointing to (the one with the red relays on) seems not to include it

I remember replacing the flap position sensor on my Early 164. Absolute nightmare of a job that required removal of the whole dashboard.

Where are you based mate. I got a Giulietta cloverleaf 2010 with a heater problem an a few other issues an can’t find anyone decent to get her sorted.

What about only changing the heat exchanger radiator that you mentioned towards the end of the vid? Surely the whole casing does not need to be removed like while changing the fan motor as well...!?

Hi, do you know if this procedure is roughly the same on a Lancia Kappa? Cant seem to find much about these cars online. Thanks!

I have a problem with engine fan motors, that is Fan 2 doesn't run at all, now I am not sure at what temperature it should trigger, because Fan does trigger @ 95'C (not sure if this is Fan 1).
BTW over OBD I got error that Fan 2 is not working. My question is, is Fan 2 slower or faster one?
    I have 2005 156 1.9JTD 16V (103kW 192A5.000). Thanks in advance

Fan 1 is the slow speed and the first that prevents the car from overheating and fan 2 is the Faster fan mode that goes on if fan 1 fails so basically fan 2 maybe triggers around 100c
reason why its not working is either relay or fuse
