  • Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this classic example of true Mopar muscle, a 1973 Plymouth Duster. That is exactly what you see here with this spotless 1973 Duster. Wearing a shimmering coat of Red with black striping, this Duster turns heads wherever it goes. This is the perfect example of a job “done right.” Open the doors to find the interior with some added performance pieces including full compliment of gauges and the famous B&M shifter that is linked to the 727 Racing Automatic transmission. Comfortable black cloth racing bucket seats, pair nicely with the bright paint job. This Duster means business and will leave every one else in its Dust!!! The power behind this beast is a 340 cubic inch wedge engine that boasts plenty of horsepower! You’ll be ripping down the street in this ride unleashing the storm that is this Duster! Hear the healthy flow of exhaust through the flowmasters. Introduced in 1970, the Duster was Plymouth’s response to Ford’s Maverick and the AMC hornet; sporty compact-sized vehicles designed to attract customers seeking “economy, cargo capacity and performance.” Throughout the years, the Plymouth Duster has served as the perfect platform through which the “performance” aspect can really be harnessed. This is the car for you if you’re looking for something different, something you won’t see at a show or cruise. It’s unique in every way and is one the cleanest cars you will see! Take home this Mopar Muscle today! This Mopar classic is ready for the street or the strip.

Same. I had a 74 360cu duster. I wonder why the builder used wide rims an tires on the front. Except for that it's definitely old school

I love the stance! It looks like it can actually turn with some authority. To each their own 🤷🏽‍♂️

I agree. Tires that wide that stick out past the fenders are great if you want to paint the car every year. lol

..........if they're too wide for the front (which they are!), they're too wide for the back. LOL...Gateway put up another Duster video last week I think it was that had 22" or something on it! People trying to consign their trash to Gateway because they can't get anyone to take a 2nd look @ their cars on their own.

Nice looking Duster other than the tires being to wide for the fenders. It ok if you paint the car every year. lol. Also you show it being Babied in a short parking lot where it dont have the room to actually show what the car is. Its also missing some things for a 73. The stripe kit is wrong. That stripe kit is More like a Cuda stripe kit. Should be a split stripe with 340 in big numbers on the rear quarters. That 340 engine is the most important part of the car. The after market fan looks cheap and tinny. Better off finding a stock 7 blade fan because it would out perform that tinny looking thing as far as air flow. Iv also seen those after market cheap looking fans come apart at high RPM. It did some damage when it did. The way that car is, Id have to think hard to buy it.

I'm pretty sure he knew that wasn't the stock stripe kit. It's called making your car different from everybody else. Why put the same stripe on as every other guy when you can stand out from the crowd. 🙄

And with the 3 core radiator he has on that car he doesn't need a huge fan. The thing will cool just fine

Couldn't you get wider tires. No wonder you had trouble spinning those tires. I hit my gas pedal and I'm all over the place. If you can't make it faster...make it louder...lmao.
