Well explained video 🍻. I haven't found one thing that was out of place on my XMR 700. But yours could have been built on a Monday. Someone coming back to work after partying all weekend 😂😂
In my new 700 xmr 3 of the vent lines were disconnected from the manifold. I popped out the manifold cap and the manifold has ridges to try to minimize cross contamination
Hello sir. Did you have any issues getting the cover back on?? There is a bearing on the inside of it that I’m having a hard time getting aligned. Is it ok to tap it?
@@MudPuppyOffroadI’m talking about the outer cover over the gears. I’ve already replaced them, but need to get the cover on that inner bearing. Can I tap it with my rubber mallet?
I have my transmission lines on my talon vented to my airbox. Would it have the same affect as the gas line? I do have extended cranking issues after the bike has been sitting for a bit.

I'm not exactly sure what cover you're talking about. Are you talking about doing the gear reduction?

Yes, that's probably what you need to do is give it a tap gently. That's what I did. The bearings are a tight fit
Thank you
what size tires?

No that will be fine gear oil does not off gas anything like gasoline.
I doubt that is related to your cranking time
Second one bud 🤣🤣
Overall you recommend this over a rubicon? for deep water/mud riding in FL
I haven't had it long enough to make that assessment but it is pretty excellent
been watching for a while and i miss when you would do honda 300 builds and shit on every can am out there 😂
