Great vlogg on new condo project as usual….but yet again another condo tower going up in Jomtien…isn’t needed??🤔🤦♂️ Pros; Very nice showroom designed furnished rooms here with decent sized rooms with good standard facilities.👍🏼 Cons; way over priced units…you’d be better off getting a house with more space…at cheaper price…esp if got to wait 3yrs minimum to be finished…but prob aimed at Bkk Thai or Chinese investment market🤔🤷 Poor location away from beach front…you’d expect beach front with sea views at those prices…👀🤔

Looks like a nice block with good facilities in a not too bad position ... i think in front of Empire Tower so a fair way along 2nd road. Prices seem to be ever going upwards at 4.5mn for a 35 one bedder.. but they do look nice love to 80 sqmt 2 bed. Manu needs a tape measure lol my estimate is 500mts to the beach which is not too bad at all .

It will be interesting to see how well all of these new condo complexes do *IF* the revised Thai global tax code gets codified into law for 2025. I have a feeling it will put a freeze on foreign money inflows into Thailand and really hurt the real estate industry.
Not the best placement, the bathrooms are big enough to accommodate the washer & dryer, that’s what I would do if I bought off the plan, get them put in the bathroom and no bath tub 👍

The two bedder 80 sq meter condo is overpriced. The bedrooms are snall for that size condo. The balcony is small as well.
