Damn that is a fat friendly looking possum!
It was fat, but it didn't look that friendly. He was a bit grumpy to be woken up (and probably grumpier now that he has been evicted ;) ).
Send it my way. I'll take that Aussie possum any day over our disgusting opossums!

Hi Jeff, if your roof is still more or less water resistant you could get your roof tiles looking brand new with a pressure washer.

Franny and I were just discussing your opossum issue. Your light is a great idea. If the eviction doesn't work, what about a movement activated spotlight up there? That would be awesome and some can battery operated and voila!
That is not a bad idea, but ultimately the best way is to block up the holes. Unfortunately the little sod, pulled out one of my pieces of wire mesh and got in again, so it looks like I will have to get out there tonight and do a better job of blocking it up.
P.S. The Opossum is an animal you guys have in the US I believe, ours are just Possums (or Australian Brush Tailed Possums) to be more accurate ;)
Home Built By Jeff maybe block it and have the light. Double protection. I thought the animals were the same. Thanks for the clarification. I did run into one down under in Cairns. It invaded our picnic table. It was pretty aggressive about our food. Too many tourists fed it. We eventually had to split. Good luck mate. Hope he vacates.

So I am watching as you are talking about falling off the ladder, and my wife hears your wife say "reckless behavior" from across our cabin... To which my wife tells yours, "well yeah..."
How is it that women can do that? She doesn't hear me from across the house, but can hear your wife from across the globe...
