Hello, all right, my name is Luciano, I live in Brazil, I have 14 years of experience with planting and harvesting grains, I know how to maintain machines and implements. hardworking,dedicated person and i really want to work in agriculture in canada.
To anybody reading this comment. I am from this area. What makes this farm so expensive is because it is situated in the absolute best farm land in all of Nova Scotia. We simply call it "The valley" ...it's always warmer in the valley, it gets warmer quicker in the spring than any other part of the province. The Valley is known for the best apples you can eat, blueberries, grapes, etc. all grow better in the valley.
The province of Nova Scotia has over 1000 lakes, and it's only 21,000 square miles ...that is a lot of lakes my friend, there is no shortage of water in Nova Scotia. The only bad weather that we get in hurricanes in the fall. No tornadoes, no monsoons, no heat waves, no flooding, no locusts', just high winds twice a year, but the Valley is away from the coastline, so that part of the Province does not get all torn up like the coastline here.
This farm is situated close to Wolfville, a small town that has a great University there. The homes are so perfect in that town, Professor's and academic all live there, there are more dresses and suits at Tim Hortons than sneakers for sure.
