Driving a car you have built is Possibly the best feeling in the world after seeing your first child born. Congratulations Mike.
What an achievement to actually see the ‘34 running and driving. It has come a long way from being a bunch of unattached body parts and a frame to a complete car. Your hard work and determination have paid dividends. I love the sound of that engine. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
From a pile of parts to a running car awesome progress on this one Mike
Major milestone, most variety of work done to get her movable under her own power. Congrats.
Brilliant! When I think back to seeing Mike bring a pile of broken looking panels out of his garage and place them together, it just shows what's possible because, you know what, it IS a CAR now. Well done, Mike.
This was a great video, Mike! Superior job of fabrication and assembly! Wow!
Congrats! Awesome to see the Crapiolet running under her own power! Go Iron Trap Garage, keep moving forward!
Wow, it's moving under it's own power! Cool! Congratulations Mike,Matt and Steve. All the work/time and help from friends ...good memories. Nothing better. Can't wait to see the finished vision.
The "first drive" videos are great! The joy you guys have is inspiring!😊
So cool to see Mike driving his Hot Rod ! Great Job guy,s
Hey Mike, now that's freakin' SAA-WEEEET getting the old girl up and running!😊
Like you said, "A little tweekin' here and there, and she'll be cruising up and down the bulovard.
Very exciting and very cool 😎 👍
Great job Mike and an absolute pleasure to watch you working. God bless you all 😊
What a milestone, Mike! It moves under it's own power!!!
It has to be a special moment to start it and drive it out of the garage the first time. Looking good.
You probably thought you would never see this day! Congratulations and happy driving, Mike!
A big Congratulations Mike. Great to see her move and make sweet noise. Happy days!
Dude!!! It's a real hot rod!!! when the heart beats on it's own!!! ✌️
You guys are always “ the absolute best!!””” Thanks again
Great job, MIke! I remember the first time I drove my built-from-scratch model T roadster on its first time around the block I sat there and cried.
Congrats Mike, great milestone!
That’s awesome! It’s great to see you get it moving under its own power
Wishing you always safe driving
Great job mike ...run it till the wheels fall off !!!
Need to say great work from matt and steve to help mike rock that ride !!!
Very cool! The absolute reward is when it moves on it's own power.
Finally, a Hot Rod is being built at Iron Trap Garage! Congrats Mike on your First Drive! She's gonna be a Winner! ...Newk from Kentucky
Finally? Lol. You missed all the others? 🙄
You got a lot done in a fairly short time, nothing like a deadline to get things moving! I find your videos very motivating
Thank you Mike for update on your Hot Rod ! Congratulations on being able to drive it !
Great to see Mike's '34 nearing completion...the recent progress is impressive!
And it runs, coughs and makes noise. what a rush! Long time coming! Sweet!!
Dude !! that thing looks killer !! can't wait to see it finished
So stoked for you Mike !! Congrats !!
It starts , stops and steers....... awesome Mike.
Great to see you getting it on the way to being finished.😊😊
Really enjoyed this video of getting the fabriolet running! Like Mike, I also built an AV8 by not starting with an old car but just a collection of old junk Ford parts. Lots more work and time but still lots of fun with many highlights like this along the way. Big congrats to you Mike and also Matt and Steve! Great job all, and thanks for all the videos!
You guys sure punched in a ton of work in a single day. Great job! I think that just speaks to how often you guys build these.
I’m 2 years into my model a hot rod build 😅 just set the Vega box and steering rods in yesterday.
When I first saw the car on the frame machine I thought "what a heap" but you have made amazing progress toward turning it into a righteous hot rod that runs and drives. I am an old fart and a rod that isn't finished (ie painted) is only half done. Being old school I ain't into these "rat rods" to me they just show me someone to lazy to finish the job.😎👍
Great to see this move under its own power. My daughter and I saw the car Friday 8/25 at WOT show. Nice Job. Looking good!!!
Nice job Mike. Nothing like driving them for the first time.
Good on ya guys! Way to go Mike!!
Congrats Mike! Driving a hot rod you built for the first time. Awesome.
Really glad to see you getting a bunch of work done on it. Congratulations
So nice to watch this coming together. Good job!!
A great day at Iron Trap Garage.❤
Fire in the hole! It's great to see this car running, your hard work is paying off.
Watching this this morning is like reliving my life. Way to go . Enjoy the show.
A pat on the back for getting it up and running for the weekend guys
Great video! Driving your "baby" for the first time is a great memory. Keep up the great work, and keep the videos coming. I enjoyed the "music" early in the video when the free T was running in the background.
Well done so cool to see mikes car coming together..Dave 🇬🇧🇬🇧
Mike your project is moving right along here. I hope you get to put some real miles on it before winter sets in. As always you and Matt make some awesome content. Keep up the great work.
The future is here. Mike is the man
Awesome! Another one saved from the eternal pile of old Ford parts.
Good start! Now you need to get the body as straight and smooth as glass. After the full under coat, you will need to apply 8 coats of hand rubbed, lipstick red enamel.
Very stoked for Mike
What a ripper! Motivation will surely motivate you to finish the '34. Good one, Mike! [& Matt & Steve]
Waiting to see this one on the road.
GOOD FOR YOU, MIKE. GREAT JOB AND FUN WATCHING!!!

Drove my 30 A sedan for the first time in freezing rain in March in Canada…no top, no glass…I had a hat.
My daughter @aliciasinfinity filmed me. Memories you’ll never forget.
