People in the comments all enjoying a nice pile-on saying she's lazy. She's standing in the 40c sun all day trying to sell cold water for a few bucks to survive. If that's laziness I'm extremely lazy myself. The whole 'young people nowadays are lazy" schtick is as old as time itself of course. Even if you are a 100 I guarantee you that back in the day the older generation would have been saying the exact same thing about you. What I saw in this video was not a lazy person but a young woman with a lot of unaddressed trauma from her horrendous early childhood that's now bled into her adult life and made her extremely wary of letting other people in too much. I mean she literally enthusiastically describes her childhood as "great", a childhood in which she was being sexually molested from the age of six, with a mother that chose not to see it and a father that "whooped" her for stuttering and blamed her - the 6 year old - when she tried to explain what was going on. That's the part he was even there for before being sent to prison and then letting her down everytime she was waiting for a call. A father she stil adores and defends to this day and a mother she still loves so much she has her name tattooed on her. Now at 20 she's a loner who doesn't want to be in a job with a team of others and a boss in charge of her. It doesn't take a psychology degree to understand how those two things may be connected 🙄. The complete lack of empathy and rush to attack her as just a lazy waste of space is really disgusting to me. I grew up in a middle class two parent home where I always felt secure and protected. And I know that's had an absolutely MASSIVE impact on the personal and finance success I'm now enjoying in adulthood. But I don't for one second put that all down to just my own hard work, I recognise how much of it came from that early nuturing and stability and let's face it, my good fortune as compared to people like this.
I totally understand her not wanting to work for anyone. It sucks. The problem is that she needs to be taught how to balance hatred for working for someone and actually doing ot in spite of because it will teach you along the way while making your drive for entrepreneurship even stronger.
Such a cutie that's full of ambition but has the wrong strategy. She's the perfect candidate for the mayor's work program. She definitely needs a surrogate "big sister". I hope she continues getting holistic help including emotional and entreprenuial. I hope someone from Spellman or Big Brothers/ Big Sisters step up. It would truly be a blessing. 🙏 🙏.

The interviewer does hustler money from UA-cam, but he also said in a video that he has other income streams besides UA-cam including working a 9 to 5 job. The fast money is not guaranteed nor guaranteed to last forever. He warned ole young girl to get a regular job to help get her off the streets and work her way up to an real entrepreneur status.

If she's not successful, she'll eventually have to work for someone else. But at least she tried
@Marcus - Consider not commenting on how young people prefer to “work”. Gone are the days of young people desiring to work for someone/a company until they are 65. They want to enjoy life and minimize stress. There are lots of “unconventional” streams of income/gigs/hustles that offer an acceptable life for young people. The young lady rightfully called you out for being a “dream killer”… of course that wasn’t your intention, but it has come off that way in a few interviews. Try wishing them well without inflating their dreams. Good video tho’.
You could see that rebellious spirit on her when Marcus tried to talk to her about working. She’s going to have to learn the hard way because she doesn’t want to listen and thinks she got it all figured out.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I am so grateful the Lord allowed me to be in my girls life.. I would hate to have left them out there to the wolves.... It's sad😢
That’s Right ‼️☝️
It is. Smh this poor girl…& she doesn’t even know how hard she’s making her life
It's a blessing indeed! Brutal the world is today worse than ever before.
CONGRATULATIONS! you can do it baby gurl!!!
💕
She 's just a baby and she needs her mother❤
Great comment
She has the right mindset just because you giving advice that you feel is right doesn’t mean it’s the right advice for her it could be right for someone but she’s on the right path and you talking about social media says the man who has a social media UA-cam page some of these UA-camrs have quit their 9 to 5 and making a career out of it working for themselves
The internet pays if you really invest in yourself
@@Sunshine-jq9sw she’s not homeless and she cooks food and sales it out a store that a lady owns I didn’t say it was bad advice but she has the right mindset of wanting to own her own business she can do it his advice wasn’t right for her she’s trying and she can do it
@@veronicawesson5772 ya I don't like how he down played her goals. Meanwhile she is helping him get paid just by agreeing to do the interview. There is no reason that she can't become successful. He keeps telling her to get a job so she can learn the ins and outs but he has no idea what she knows. She said her whole family has been entrepreneurs. Not everybody wants to work for someone else like Dame Dash says "be a boss, don't be makin the next man rich."
She has the right attitude.... just a little stubborn 😅 "She said she's not working for ANYONE. if you're not saying what she truly believes in ..... then you're a dream buster to her. These young people dream big at an early age. Some make it.... some don't. The older generation has been taught to work, work, and work harder until you can retire or collect retirement.... Wtf you almost dead then. She's twenty year old now. It's only a small window to waste time. Before you know it She's in her 30's. That's half you life ALREADY...! People think we live to be 100yo when we barely making it to 70.... Lil Mama keep hustling and shooting for the moon and don't worry about missing cause if you do.... You're still around the stars. You are a STAR and many people will be praying for you to make it.... Good work Marcus.....
She’s such a beautiful young lady and has a beautiful spirit.
😅😅😅😅😅
I appreciate you trying to help her, hopefully she gets quiet and listens
Amazing interview.
Crazy how these kids hate the father for being in prison or not there but gives mom a pass even though mom picked this type of guy smh
Exactly
Exactly! An the mothers are always toxic before the men go to prison an toxic while raising the children
My kids the same way ..mama can do no wrong even when mama is obviously the problem..shit kinda make me feel sad cause I do everything for them and they'll take anybody side before mine..
@@Thefive5 wow that's sad. Just watch them and feed and clothe them but as far as taking them places to enjoy life, just do it without them and plan your escape when they turn 18
@@Thefive5 it’s like a curse, in real time we can see how majority of these women in north america are extremely toxic before & after having children but they never are held accountable for they negative actions but men will always be held accountable good or bad. The young woman being interviewed it’s no way she should be in public dressed like that but I’m sure her mother dresses the same or just don’t care how her daughter leaves the house dressed
"Instead of Mark u got Marcus"😂😂 hilarious!!! I watch both pages but I'm here everyday for the shenanigans in my city while I'm out here with the other guy🤦🏾♀️🤣🤣 Much success Marcus. If haters ain't talking u ain't doing nothing but u already know that✌🏾❤️
I love her energy she has a nice personality I hope she make that money to get her car cigar get those blessings
She's very smart say a very good speaker🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤❤❤😊
Being a good listener is probably a better quality!
I get what she is saying about the advice. You don’t know what she knows or the skills she has even at this young age. Inadvertently you down play her greatness and accomplishments. So listen more and adjust your advice to the individual.
I know that see isn't intelligent and knows absolutely nothing about health, food requirements, regulations etc... Many people just talk and talk and talk!
@@luxaeterna6477. Exactly, just running their mouths with no idea of what’s coming out of it. Just want their ignorance to be heard. SMH. Fools
WHAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS?! 🤦🏿🤦🏿
FACTS I AM SO GLAD SHE REFUSE TOO LET ANYONE KILL HER DREAMS ❤
He shared with her universal advice which will apply 5,000 years from now if we don't destroy ourselves.
She has to go her own path..she will remember this one day, and then tell the next generation the same she's being told now.
She is strong enough to go through it all..but her thinking processes have to catch up.
That is all..❤
Realistic goals is what she need to learn.
You have to have long term goals and short term goals.
She is beautiful inside and out. She is the most genuine, kind hearted, Godly, young lady.
I love this young lady. 🎉 HI-5 to the hustle and for looking out for your sister beautiful heart
These damn parents are unreal what kinda daddy don’t get to the bottom of it and protect his daughter
She really doesn’t want anybody to tell her anything
That's typical for her age. 😶
@@alphaomega1351the homelessness is not... she better go ahead and get a job.

We understand what you're telling her . You want her to get the experience so she'll know what she's doing, but many people have started their own businesses & learned as they grew & the years went by . She can do it as long as she don't fold .
That's minority..Men use majority when we teach and learn..Most people become leaders by learning how to be a follower..😉

I want to give this young lady props and encouragement on being a business owner. She come from a background of entrepreneurship and she's currently selling dinners and water. She's just not talking about it like a lot of young people, she's actually applying herself. If she keep trying, sooner or later she'll accomplish her dreams and goals.
If she's not successful, she'll eventually have to work for someone else. But at least she tried
Bless you Marcus great 'Big Bro' advise ❤🙏🏾
Twenty one is not grown. This young lady still needs her parents as much as she did when she was six. So sad🙏🏾
Sweet girl, may God continue to watch over her and guide her steps. She has a forgiving heart she will be blessed🙏🏾
@cynthiab2962 I agree with you 😇
Poor baby 😢😢😢 I’m so sorry that happened to you 💔
You could see that rebellious spirit on her when Marcus tried to talk to her about working. She’s going to have to learn the hard way because she doesn’t want to listen and thinks she got it all figured out.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Put her around people who are actually doing, this show her.
Sometimes it's easier for young people to do, rather than someone just talking.
I see determination

I wish much success to this strong young lady. I’m glad she believes and prays. I’ll be praying for her success and relationship with her Heavenly Father 🙏🏽. I’m going to gift her a free website with over 400 products to sell so if she accepts it patronize her business 🙏🏽.
LOL!
She knows it all...
This poor baby. U can tell she holds alot in and she forgives easily.
She Sounds Determined Love Her positivity ❤
Marcus is on point! Knowledge is power and you get knowledge from experience and learning from those who have done it successfully. The most successful people listen with an open mind
No. Unrequited love. Not unrequired. She was right. Proceed.🤔
She was definitely right!
I am proud of her she has a great mindset and she will be successful ❤ she is not lazy she is selling water and not in the store stealing These folks in the comments are ignorant A F
she really needs to listen to some who has a job, a car ,a place to live and their own money right now. SHE HAS TO LISTEN THAT'S THE FIRST THING.
She does have a place
She pronounced unrequited correctly...you mispronounced it, trying to correct her smh lol
Yes!!
Starting a business early is the best way to develop your entrepreneural skills. Most successful entrepreneurs didn't have jobs or a degree. So, she's on the right track.
For the successful point of view abt her having a business..she gotta change her stubborn mindset. Bcuz the way she's thinking on getting rich,, most likely will not become a reality. And she seems like a very sweet young girl. I just really hope her dreams come true in securing a wonderful future. Good luck sweetheart💗 God bless😊🙌🏽
Most definitely will become a reality god bless

i’m 24, but this younger generation want that quic fast easy money…. they need to realize you need to start somewhere it’s just not gon b enough saying “ i don’t want to work for nobody” but to each their own..
Look at life this way. PRINCIPLES.

Great interview. Keep doing your thing man.
Youngsters when your OGs talk you listen this new generation don’t like to listen even if your not going to use the advice at least act like it
Right!! Even at my big ol age, when my elder gives me unsolicited advice-I honestly try to find at least 1 positive thing. But even if I don’t, I listen, say thank you & keep it pushing.

I hope this young lady understands she needs to Declutter her mind. This generation got their way of thinking all wrong! it's good to be head strong but, people need to be head strong for the right reasons. Be head strong not to allow these young guys in your cookie jar...focus on self! Don't be head strong on wisdom... I hope she seeks Therapy to help cope with the deep emotions. You can't say you don't like people and be in the service industry. I enjoyed working all types of part-time service jobs after I became an Cosmetologist at 21.(Family did hair and I did friends and family hair since the age of 13.) I opened my Salon at the age of 30. Everyone journey is different. You have to understand life have ups and downs and curves...even if you want it so bad and believe in yourself to have it. The key is never giving up on the goal or the dream through all the obstacles and learn all you can along the way. I hope she learn customer service and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with her employees. Praying and Rooting for her! I'm glad that she atleast knows what she wants to be and have in life. That is a plus in this generation. Keep pushing through young lady. P.S... Treat your car like your underwear!! No one borrows them!!!
